We ordered breakfast yesterday and I found two pieces of metal in my Farmer Skillet meal. The metal looked like thick pieces of a steel kitchen scrubber. I called the manager who was very nice. I was told the next time I come in they would make me anything in the menu. I decided to try the exact same meal again. This time all is good. Came once for breakfast and once for lunch and loved it both times. For breakfast I had French toast with strawberries. It was delicious! The portion size was generous and I left full. We also ordered the best fresh squeezed OJ! It takes a little time for the drink to come out but it's worth the wait while they literally squeeze oranges with a machine. For lunch I tried the BLT with avocado. The bacon was crispy and again the size was generous. Definitely enough to get you full. The best thing about this restaurant is the price. I almost don't want to write a review about this place because it's still somewhat of a little secret. However, excellence must be appreciated and noted, so here goes. Where to start? Let's just say from walking in to walking out, there's nothing but smiles, good service, and the BEST breakfast I've ever had. The pancakes?!? I have no idea what their secret is, but I won't even order them anywhere else because Main Street has ruined the possibility of satisfaction eating them anywhere else. They make their own chorizo and it's SOOOOOOO good; you can taste the love they put into it. They cook their eggs perfectly however you order them (for some reason this seems difficult in most other places I've frequented lately) and the staff is just so charming. The girls are always so happy to see us, even when there's a line around the door and they're short-staffed and you want to talk small talk with them; they take the time to make you feel appreciated. I'm annoying in that I want flavored creamer and they are always bringing some by before I run out. How cool is that? Their customer service really is on another level in comparison to anything else I've yet to experience. I really can't say enough about this place. My sons French Toast was soggy. My husbands BLTA was fine. Nothing unique, but average and edible (unlike our other dishes.) We asked for a side of tortilla chips to go with our Enchilada platter.
