He got a quick overview of my accident and where I was in the insurance process, before assessing the damage. He thoroughly explained what repair would entail, the timeline to repair, and ran some quotes. My previous collision evaluator provided a similar repair quote, but Mike made everything much easier to grasp and comprehensively overviewed what each step would entail. Mike told me he operates the way he'd like to be treated, and that very much came through. He was extremely professional, approachable, and real, and talked to me like a human not a checkbook. He took the time to explain allll the nitty gritty and gave me all the data I needed to make an informed decision. I ultimately chose to let my car go (still sobbing!) but I felt empowered and comfortable to make that decision based on Mike's thorough assessment. When I got there, Ellie looked at the car and gave me an estimate right away. Pricing I though their pricing is more than reasonable and transparent. As it turned out, nothing was broken (as Ellie had suspected). They had to remove the bumper and re-attach it to make it straight. They did it for a flat fee of $125 plus tax. That was the estimate, and that's exactly what I paid. Scheduling They had an opening the following week. So, I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Can't say enough about Holman's Body and Fender Shop. My insurance was going to total my car and…read morethe Owner, Paul Holman worked with my insurance company and saved my car. I hit a deer in the road and it damaged the front passenger side of my car. I called Paul and he arranged to get my car towed to his shop from Auburn. Within a couple hours Paul sent me the quote. It was just above the insurance threshold and my insurance called the next day and said it was a total loss. Paul from Holman told me if that happened to have the insurance adjuster call him and maybe he could work to get it under the insurance threshold. And that is what he did. I love my car and can't thank Paul enough for saving my car. Holman used factory parts and did an excellent job fixing my car and matched the paint perfectly.
