Top two plates= Lumberjack... a ridiculous amount of food.

I've been here 3 times now and each time I'm impressed with their friendly/quick service and their no frills fare. Staff/Ambiance: The staff are very friendly and quick to answer any questions you may have and do a great job of keeping your coffee cup refreshed. Ambiance is nothing to write home about, pretty basic seating that's packed pretty tight due to the size of the place. Food: If looking for some fancy schmancy breakfast choices go elsewhere, but if you want standard breakfast fare done right at a great price, this could be the place for you. Their pork hash was pretty delicious , so if they have it, get it... you won't be sorry. I also recommend their pancakes over their french toast as well if you have the option with your breakfast choice. Reason being the pancakes are huge and the french toast is just ok. Eggs cooked perfectly, delicious home fries, and their sausage and gravy biscuits were spot on perfect. Flaky biscuits and a nice thick gravy that had generous chunks of sausage throughout. Bottom Line: Not worth going out of your way for, their food isn't much different than most other small town diners; but if in the area and in need of a good solid meal on the cheap check this place out.

Great Garbage Omelette. It's chock full of everything except the kitchen sink and served pillow style. This place opens early every day at 6 AM. A very friendly and attentive server. Felicia did the thing that takes a good restaurant from a 4 to a 5. She did the follow up with both the meal within 2 minutes of serving and a keen eye on the coffee refilling. Most millennials these day just serve and done. The ambiance is warm and New England with cool signage sayings. The coffee is very good and they have a high quality rye. Looking forward to repeats of a great experience.

The carefully curated menu has all the classic breakfast and lunch staples - omelets, eggs, pancakes, etc, and for later in the day, soups, salad, sandwiches, pork chops, NY steak and even fried chicken! I ordered a breakfast sandwich with eggs over easy, and the bacon on the side, and everything arrived perfect and hot. Tender, crunchy, gooey deliciousness with the sandwich and bacon! The home fries were also tender on the inside with a delicate crust. Add salt if needed for that. I really liked how clean everything was here, and it was apparent that the owners take good care of their customers and establishment. Kudos! I'll definitely look to come back here next time I'm near!

However, our party of four waited 50 minutes for our breakfast. Even coffee took quite a while to arrive. A canned coke was delivered 20 minutes after ordering. Three out of the four entrees were served after waiting for 50 minutes, the other one took an additional 5 minutes and we waited for another 5 minutes to receive the side. The food was mostly good - Omelet was chock full of meat and was delicious. Bacon was really good. Burger was average and fried chicken was kind of meh - crispy, but very dry. We did enjoy the live acoustic music. It was great to hear live music in the morning since most places only have it at night. However, the excessive wait for food really overshadowed the rest of our visit. Oh well.....

The prices in the restaurant seemed pretty reasonable. I decided on the Oregano Chicken ($15.99) served with penne pasta and mixed greens salad. After I ordered, several complementary small plates of cold appetizers (pickled cabbages & veggies, kofta), and a basket of warm bread were brought out. These plated apps and the bread were very filling and tasty and I barely had room for my main meal. The main plate had tender boneless chicken pieces smothered in a creamy mushroom, green/red pepper sauce with creamy pesto penne and a green salad of arugula & tomatoes. The chicken and pasta were served very hot and the cream sauces were very rich and filling. After I finished, I paid for the meal at the front register and was given a discount for paying cash. Overall, this Turkish restaurant was a nice surprise stop for an impromptu dinner. I was originally planning to go to a sushi restaurant for dinner, but then I decided last minute to try something different. Yet another strip plaza gem!

It's an unassuming building but they've made it very cute! They have painted the brick around the bottom to look like stone as well as a continuation of the awning painted around the top. The inside is just as interesting. There is a huge wooden map of the world on the wall, a piano, and the lights over some of the tables are made from teapots. There is a large bar in the middle and plenty of seating. This place is larger than it appeared from the outside. The menu offered several types of teas- white, green, herbal, black with several different flavors within each type of tea. I chose a tropical white tea. It came out nice and hot with a packet of honey. My friend ordered a sweet crepe with mixed fruit. She loved it! I decided to try their unique offering of 6 mixed pancakes. It included 4 savory pancakes (beet, zucchini, squash, potato) and two sweet pancakes (Oladi, farm cheese). One of the sweet pancakes was fluffy but dry and flavorless. I think it was the Oladi. All of the other pancakes were excellent and the service was flawless. What a cute place with great food and service! I'll definitely be back!

We had their Columbian air roasted coffee, which was so creamy and light. They have a never ending selection of tea. Their home made bagel is better than most. Our waitress Monica was beyond welcoming and knowledgeable. She made us feel at home. The low dinning table with low seated sofas made us feel very cozy. It's not very often you can cuddle up and enjoy a meal as if you were at home. The Eastern European food and ambience is as authentic as it gets. All I can say is... I'll be back
