The garlic knots were more on the well-done side this time, so they were a bit chewy and harder to tear apart than usual, but they still had a rich buttery garlic flavor that paired really well with the pizza. I wouldn't say they were perfect this time, but I still enjoyed them. Everything tasted just like I remembered -- the kind of comfort food that hits different when you haven't had it in years.
