Fantastic customer service. Food was excellent! We ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken ceasar salad.

Thank you for being open on Mondays! Generous portions at fair prices. Staff was friendly. The French Chicken in a lemon sauce is delicious.

She said she was busy with another drink order and would come back. Rude. By the time she returned my husband was ready for another while I say partched , sitting in the muggy eating area. Pizza shop in the front restaurant in the back. They had ceiling fans but they where mot on! My drink was sweating and warmed very fast in the humid air! While we waiting a bug flew in NY drink. My husband called them canal bugs! My husband ordered a steak. But that was not longer on the menu. They change the type of meat. Still at market value. Came with some over cooked blacken Brussels and fries. Apparently the truffle and balsamic was left out as well. Steak comes in truffle butter. Sprouts used to come with pancetta, and fries were to have truffle butter! All non exsitent. We asked for the glaze for the spouts. Her response was that it came with it. My husband pointed out it was non exsitent. She looks at the plate and takes it saying she will see if they will fix it! Really. Just bring it on the side. She came back as quickly as she left. She was what we call flighty! She did not give us a chance to order another drink or to ask questions. I ordered the empanadas. They where 2 large ones when I last went. Best around. Not anymore! 2 small over cooked shells with a side of sour cream that was it! I requested salsa that I thought was on the menu to come with it. Response was oh we do not have that. I asked for hot sauce she brings this big bottle of some brownish red watery stuff in tobacco bottle. It was not put not the same. Then I noticed it was our dated. Inside the shell was 95% potatoes. Whereres the beef!? When she came to clear the plates she never asked how anything was. Asked if my husband wanted a box for this meat. My husband told her the Brussels were over cooked. Chewy and burnt. She just went in to say how she tells them but they keep doing it. My thoughts. Ok but you brought it to the table! With out the glaze or truffle butter! Never offered to rectify the issue. So very said and mad. Should of went to Victor as that was the plan. If you look how good was from past reviews to what they serve now. You will see a bug difference. Be wary of the menu and the details. Last note. After we ordered or food I could of swarn she was reading a list of speacials to another table. Unless... No I heard someone rattling off specials. Guess it was on a need to know bases because we were not told of any speacials!

The most incredible (and only) speakeasy in the Finger Lakes…read more After hours of driving, we knew we needed a cool spot to go to at night for some delicious wine. Of course, the Finger Lakes are KNOWN for wine so we're just thinking we're making reservations for a wine bar (with "speakeasy" vibes). Which that would've been totally cool with us. After continuous back and forth, changing our reservations 50 million times, adding and taking people out, we finally made it to Vinifera on a Friday night and were super apologetic since we had to make yet another change. The staff was absolutely incredible and accommodating, they made sure our party of 10 would be in the same room/table. The only "downfall" was that we'd have to share the room with another small party. Which was absolutely not a problem and we ended up being BFF'S with them by the end of the night. We met the owner Jim - the most incredible human - and he took us down to the speakeasy (which passes right through a super secretive door in the back of the main room upstairs). Side note - the main room upstairs is a vibe on it's own btw and we would've been absolutely fine and happy there. It's an actual wine store and you can purchase all kind of local wines. Be sure to ask and get all the recommendations you want. Not only did we get to enjoy an incredible time but we got a super cool VIP experience and learned the story and so much history about this place, the concept, the origin and what sparked the idea of creating it. That itself, was a treat. On to the actual speakeasy experience. When you go downstairs (through that fun super cool super secretive door) - you're instantly transported to another era, another time. It's dark, it's velvety, chandeliers, spiderwebs (the aesthetic kind, idk if there were actually any but it fit the vibe in my head), Leonardo Da Vinci, Mona Lisa, candles, curtains. There are two super cool rooms, one to the right (which is where our large party sat at) and one to the left - totally recommended for smaller groups, it's cozy, it's chill, you can interact and share with other guests too. Just by this, I'm wowed. As if this wasn't enough, the drinks were absolutely incredible. I ended up ordering some kind of a smoked drink and they happily substituted the regular old fashioned for mezcal. What a dream. Everyone was happy with their drink orders, some ordered some off the menu things and they happily made them - even though they technically only serve what's on the menu. Wine flights are also available if you're in the wine vibe. Bottom line: we loved this place SO much, we came back 2 night's later for our last night. We sat in the other room and absolutely loved and enjoyed it. I had a lavender drink and it was delish. This place is a GEM and you should absolutely check it out and support it if you're in the area. If you're not, well now you have a place I know you'll love to go to!

Steven and Megan are a proper fun duo behind the bar but their skills really stand out. My only negative is HOW EXPENSIVE the drinks are. You have to remember that this is an experience and enjoy every moment but be prepared for a steep bar/restaurant bill. We will definitely be back again. We came as a larger group and they were nice enough for us to order from the breakfast menu as they switched over the lunch menu at 11:30am. Our table enjoyed the food but all agreed it wasn't worth the price point. I tried the chocolate croissant with homemade butter and maple bacon jam along with the Canadian bacon Benedict. The chocolate croissant was nice with the maple bacon jam but definitely not worth the price point of $12. The croissant was quite smaller, like the chocolate croissants you can get from Costco or Starbucks. The Canadian bacon eggs Benedict however was delicious and I really enjoyed it! I just am not sure again it was worth the high price point. However I definitely felt the service was missing. As we were the only ones in the dining area, I felt the service was missing the mark. The server saw we were carrying a baby in the restaurant but didn't ask if we wanted a high chair. My mother-in-law spied it in the corner and then we had to ask for it and we proceeded to set it up at the table. As I was with 2 young kids, I ordered some simple items before the main course like their chocolate croissant and fruit cup. I assumed the server would ask if we wanted those ahead of time but that didn't happen. He also had forgotten my son's drink order and which my son actually had to ask him after some time "where's my juice?" My older son had ordered the s'mores waffles and it looked good when it was delivered but as I cut some of it for me to try later on, I soon realized the batter was uncooked in the middle of most of them. I was thoroughly disappointed he had eaten some of it before I discovered it was uncooked. The server throughly apologized and they remade the order which in the end, we ended up taking home with us. They also didn't take the order off the check for us which normally that would happen. For such a classy restaurant, we would think they would know how to make waffles and for more top-notch service. I think next time we will just enjoy the nice views and choose to eat somewhere else when we are in the area.

It looked good and close to where my customers work place was. It turned out to be a good choice. I called for a lunch reservation but turned out it wasn't needed. There were a few tables filled but there was plenty of room. The tables were nice as we got a high top that reminded me of a bowling lane it was kinda cool. The chairs were mismatched on purpose and I loved it. They had a sitting area with a big soft looking couch. The menu was a good size and I liked a bunch of options. I went with the rice bowl with portobello. It was delicious. It had picked vegetables, rice, pico and some sort of wasabi drizzle. I would have eaten another. We got an app that was pita, veggies and pita. The hummus was good and the pesto was very good the only down side is it could have had more pita as there was a lot of pesto hummus and roasted red pepper dip left. Staff was quick and chef was on top of her game I would suggest for anyone that is in the area. Stop in give it a try. I will come back and try some other meals. The burgers that came out looked amazing as they went by
