They took my car for a full cleanup which cost me $34.84, when I picked up the car at the other end my floor mats were missing, when I questioned the employee he said to me "sorry we put it in another car by mistake" He called the manager and he had another version "you did not had a floor mats in your car you are mistaken" obviously I was very upset, I have this car for seven years and I would know if I had the car mats or not. Came here for the first time to get my car wash. Initially, I gasped at the price $26 for an exterior car wash with tax $30, but it's worth every penny. They not only removed your floor mats, but vacuumed inside of the car and the trunk. The floor mats are soaked in water and air dry before they put them back in your car. Worst "car wash" I've EVER had!! I told them that although I don't want a full detailing, I want the car to be very clean--vacuuming, cleaning out Cupholders, storage bins, etc. $29 and less than 10 minutes later, they returned the car to me. I wouldn't even call this a half-a** job, this is unacceptable. I returned to them and they were less than accommodating and very unpleasant. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Being that this place is about 4 minutes from where I live I decided to try them, although I found them to be a bit pricey, So I exit the car, take my ticket go inside to pay. The woman inside was not friendly and was very condescending!! I paid my money she pretty much threw down my change. So I pick up the change and noticed I did not receive a receipt. I asked her for one and she said "You don't need one" I in turn asked "How will they know outside that I paid" she was very insulting and her attitude was disgusting so she blew me off! Ok, I go outside now. 15 min my car is still in there! My car finally comes out and 4 guys run behind my truck and now I'm thinking, wow!! Great service! The guy is like "mommy you can sit in car" but yet they are still working. Hmmm Anyhow they are still in the back! Photos will be included!! So I glimpse and notice my tow cap is completely gone. I asked the worker about it, he threw his arms up and said "Don't ask me anything, talk to the boss" I asked him politely to get the boss because I don't know who that is, 5 minutes later a man saying his name is Ed comes I asked about the cap! He said he'll go look for it, what?!? But ok I'm standing outside for about 20 minutes and he's inside putting glue on the cap, and mind you, not only is this thing broken but it was very clear my car was vandalized!!! My bumper was hit and cracked.. he said he was going to buy the cap, Sir my car is damaged! I called Mercedes and the rep said just at a glance the damages is not as simple as Mr. Ed thought it was! He in turn cursed the man from Mercedes and then started cursing me, he is vile and disrespectful!! I was so shaken because he was getting aggressive for no reason, so I said how about we check the cameras? Now I understand why I was the ONLY one that could NOT GET A RECEIPT!! He said he is F'ing busy and he is not doing that, I said well we are going to have to call the police because my vehicle is CLEARLY damaged, you come out with my cap with GLUE ON IT!!! Before even looking at the car!! So HE WAS ALREADY AWARE OF MY DAMAGES!!! This is why they refused receipt upon numerous times of me asking! He said call the F'ing police, screaming obscenities and telling me he's not paying for Shit!! The police arrived and he tried to tell them I didn't wash car there! He didn't realize I was taking photos upon arrival!! He thought he could bully me!! What kind of business place is that!! If I had read the reviews before going, trust me I would not have went there!! I'm an avid reviewer and I rarely give a bad review!!! The police asked to see the camera and he got so belligerent the police called for back up!! He started cursing me now in front of the police!! Just took my car in to Majestic for a wash. Got it back 15 min later and it was spotless. I have three kids so my car was pretty messy. It Looked like it came straight off the dealers lot. The owner Ed came out and personally inspected the vehicle, and added some finishing touches. Ed even offered my son a snack on the house. The staff was courteous and polite. I told them specifically what I want clean and they took care of it, crumbs I couldn't reach were gone. I highly recommend this car wash. I wouldn't wash my car anywhere else. The services that I received at Majestic Auto Spa left me absolutely dissatisfied. They charged me $40 - already a steep price - for a terrible wash that took them a total of 10 minutes. They left the entire interior of the car basically how it came - it was left covered in streaks, dirt all over the floor (even though I paid for a shampooing) and the seats, and even left a piece of the car on the seat (a plastic piece from one of the seats) and refused to acknowledge where it came from or fix it. When I asked the hand washers to please come back and finish the job, they barely made any improvements in a manner of just ten seconds and left. Felt extremely disrespected by the washers and dissatisfied by the quality of the wash here. Avoid this place at all costs!! read more

Visit Date: April 16, 2017 I needed a car wash really badly. Since having a baby stopping at the car wash like a lot of other things with a baby seem very hard to accomplish. I decided to pull in here before going to work to get my car done and I did not have a lot of time before I was due to be at work so I was hoping they were going to do a quick job. I pulled in and they noted the dent on my fender, I obviously knew about it but I am guessing they wanted to cover their ass and make sure I didn't say they dented the car. Doesn't surprise me because some residents of Hewlett might try to blame a dent on the car wash. I walked in to pay and use the bathroom while they washed my car. I had to wait for someone to come behind the counter to take my payment but not very long. The bathroom was clean but kind of awkward. It serves as a customer bathroom, employee bathroom and employee locker room. It's kept very clean but you have to pee with all these shoes lying about. They had my car done as fast as I wanted it. I don't know if that's typical or just because Saturday early morning is not a busy time for the car wash. All I know is that the car looks a lot better and cleaner than it did before going through the car wash, and the car wash crews seemed to take care of cleaning my car quickly and efficiently which made me on time for work and I appreciated that. I might stick to Lindenhurst hand car wash where I live more but it's good to know this place by my job is available if I need a car wash real bad in a pinch again. Came here for the first time in a long time in June 2021 to wash my black 2019 BMW 330i, although I've lived in the neighborhood for 21 years. Definitely gasped at the $32 price and yes, they did remove the mats, and thoroughly clean the car, however, my issue - on the back bumper of the car there is a small square removeable tow cap that is used to connect the car to a tow truck if ever needed. That somehow magically "disappeared" during that car wash - when it just so happened that another black BMW was there......REALLY? Called the shop, explained what happened, questioned (not accused) the fact that the cap was missing after the car wash not before, was told I would receive a call back, never did. Had to order another cap from the dealer and it's not Black so I now need to get it painted. Will not bring my 3 other luxury cars here because of this and in addition to the hefty price for a car wash. Apparently other customers have had similar issues. The owner needs to look into this and take this issue seriously. I would appreciate a call to discuss this and make it right by not only refunding the money I paid for that car wash but also the money I had to pay to replace that cap. And yes, I do have the receipts - and I'm sure there is video recording of my car going through the wash as well. Not acceptable at all. What kind of business are you running when your customer's cars are obviously being vandalized by your employees? I always find his place as hit or miss. They have plenty of options for washes and the machines do a great job cleaning the car, however I always find areas where they completely did not wipe down on the inside. One suggestion I would really make to his store is that they start using air hoses for the crevices of the outside of the car as the water streaks that are made as you are leaving can be quite annoying. The staff is never rude, but I find them always extremely quite and focused. The location can be a little difficult to get into if Mill Rd is busy, but getting out is always a breeze. read more

Its hard to find honest reviews for a car wash on-line so I told myself I will write a review to each and every car wash that I go to (which is not that often since they are over priced). Stopped here mid-day and only had to wait a few minutes. I knew this wasn't going to be a decent car wash when the guy gave me my ticket and told his co-worker vacuuming he was going to get coffee... which left one guy to vaccum the full car in a rush with others waiting in line. I had to remind him to do the trunk after they already pulled the car up. He mumbled something in Spanish under his breath but I couldn't make it out. Car was through the car was in basically one minute which already made me skeptical. It came out and five guys attacked it to dry it. I thought this was great!! speedy and they would get everything... o boy was I wrong. They rushed through it and one by one they dropped like flys from the car. This left the one guy doing the tires... I walked around the car and wiped my finger in a few spots and found dirt here and dirt there... He wiped it with the same rag he just cleaned the tires with. I work hard for my $30 that I paid and I expect them to do the same (them meaning the owners). Not much oversight by any management staff that is visible.. thus leaving a lousy car wash. I get back in the car a notice rocks on the seat that weren't there before. I assume they came from when they lifted the floor mats up to take them out of the car but didn't vacuum them off the seat. Stay away from this car wash. A couple of days ago I had my 5 year old and my 3 year old in the car with me, I am also 8 months pregnant. I was the first and only customer when I parked the car and attempted to get out of the car I wasn't even greeted with a hi. The worker didn't even allow me to get out of the car, nor let me take my kids or bag out of the car. He told me that I had to move my car because another customer was driving towards the car wash?! I was in disbelief. I replied and said I'm a customer too and I'm first in line? He then kept saying I should move my car back to park my car on the side. Now mind you there is no space to move once your first in line. Because I was denied service and forced to move my car, it got damaged when I reversed out of the tight area. My bumper is destroyed. I got no apologies, not from the workers or the manager they said was on duty. The next day I spent 5 hours in the hospital for having contractions from the stress and anguish they have inflicted on me. Absolute low life's to treat a woman who is 8 months pregnant with 2 little kids in the car in such a disrespectful manor. After today's visit, I will no longer spend my money here. It was a relatively quiet afternoon so I decided to get my car washed. I told the guy I wanted #2 which is a full service package. When I go to pay, I was "greeted" by the cashier who was busy fussing with some binder. She literally didn't say anything to me as she was busy talking to herself. After a minute or so, she puts her binder away. I hand her my ticket and the money for payment. I also presented my stamp card (10 car washes gets you a free car wash). As soon as she sees it she has a problem and says that I can't get a stamp for this car wash because my card is for exterior wash only. I ask her why does it matter if I am paying more than just an exterior wash? I mention that it hasn't been a problem in the past if I get a more expensive wash and get a stamp for a basic/exterior wash and she tells me that it must have been the owner's wife who stamped my card last time. I would not recommend this car wash. The vacuum guys are great but are often rushed. The guys that dry off the care are terrible. They do not detail the wash, leave it streaky and their drying is really poor. Go to other places in the neighborhoods. Hewlett car wash is not worth the money. read more

What a god awful car wash! The worst place ever! I spent $23 tax included for their number 4 majestic whatever wash and it's supposably a $40 value. Whatever! Granted they have so much business, but they don't spend enough time on each car! My dashboard is still filthy! Carpets were barely vacuumed, windows are still gross from my dogs licking them, the cup holders still have a ton of dirt The exterior looks good but on the interior they maybe spent about 2 mins trying to clean! They need to spend more time on interior and do a better job bc I would never go back to this place! I spoke to the guy and was like my interior is still filthy and e acted like they didn't speak English! This ofcourse after I had already given them my ticket and tip!
