It's family run and relatively low volume which means you always get helped quickly. Prices are good and turn over is quick. Was in a rush and dropped off two floor length dresses to be laundered since I had a wedding that weekend. One was a strapless dress. When I picked it up, the cleaners used safety pins to attach my dress to the hanger. They punctured the plastic adhesive grip from the upper bra cup of the dress. One on each cup so they could saftey pin the dress to the hanger since they broke the normal straps that was already attached to the dress for hanging. WHY? They could've punctured the non plastic part instead. The second dress had a intricate lace up back design with the straps. The straps were all tangled and I have to re-lace it all. Pricing is competitive. It cost ~$40 to have both dresses dry cleaned. read more

I found Majestic Cleaners when Disney relocated me to Florida. I was staying in the Country Inn and Suites and it was right next door. Everyone who works here is amazing. They offer laundry, dry cleaning, and alterations. I have never waited more than one day from the time i drop something off for it to be ready. Hahaha, crazy story...i dropped a suit off to be altered in July and they still had it in February. They didn't even throw it away :-) I was so happy. The inside is clean, a little outdated but the service is always very good, as well as the dry cleaning. Their pricing is much better than the other dry cleaners I tried before them. These guys helped me out in a pinch. They were able to clean and press some business clothing that I needed for the next day. I dropped them off around 11:30 and they had the clothing at 5. They were the only place in the area that was able to do a quick turnaround. Most of the cleaners I went to didn't have a plant on site and weren't able to make any recommendations. read more

Dropped off articles for Same Day service, called us later that day saying they can't do same day due to machine broken, came back the next day to pick up clothes and 2 of our clothes were not ready due to machine broken. I originally found this place on google. It's a bit of a drive from my home but the cleaners in my area were all poorly reviewed. I went in on a Tuesday and needed my clothes by Thursday morning and the girl didn't even bat an eyelash. She told me no problem, took my clothes, gave me my receipt and said that they would be ready 7am Thursday morning. I received my suit beautifully dry cleaned and pressed and it cost me about $14 to have my 3 piece suit cleaned. Service was friendly, quick, and reasonably pieced for rush service. This place is by no means modern, or classy. They don't have a price menu and the counter is small. They always remember my name, always have a warm smile for me, my clothes are always on time with no damage and they even asked me if I was part of an eligible discount so it saves me like 2$ a week or something. The point is, they care about their customer. Having someone remember your face and greet you by name is so rare these days. read more

They were great about turning around the clothes quickly, but I noticed when I went to pick up the laundry, the facility had a strong odor (not typical dry cleaning smell). And, my newly cleaned clothes have a strange scent. Probably will not be returning. read more

While on a 7-day trip to the Orlando WDW/Universal area, we needed to launder some clothes. We found Majestic right next door to the Sheraton Safari, where we were staying. Price was good, 2.25/lb with a 10lb minimum for wash and fold service. If you drop off early enough, we could have had same day service. Unfortunately, we did not drop off until after 10am and missed this service. I would definitely recommend this place. Folks were very nice here. read more

I brought Majestic Cleaners 9 shirts, 7 pants and 2 jackets. 4 of the shirts came back so small that I could not wear them. All the clothes had been cleaned and pressed at other cleaners in the past with out any problems. I called the Majestic Cleaners and spoke with a man who said he was the owner and manager. He argued with me, was rude to me and offered no compensation for the shirts or any refund on the service. I strongly recommend that you do not use Majestic Cleaners in Orlando Florida. I am sure you can find a better cleaner in the area. I will agree with Tom A that they did complete the work fast and had my business clothes done the next day. I still would not deal with them ever gain. read more

I have to admit I had reservations after reading a post that claimed a strong odor and their clothes not smelling fresh. Since they were next door to my hotel and the attendant promised my clothes back in 24 hours I gave it a try. I had 18 1/2 pounds of laundry which cost $40.50 which is reasonable and a lot cheaper then having it done at the hotel. I received my clothes folded, expertly cleaned and fresh smelling.
