After he was completed taking the measurements (roughly 15 minutes), I was shown only three samples there weren't even close to the color I was seeking. I was informed by Braedon that it would take TWO days to draw up an estimate and we can discuss hardwood/baseboard coloring and type. It was been A MONTH now with no call backs, emails, or even we don't want your business. Based on these results that WERE NOT provided by the company or the estimator, I decided to allocate the $21k for my flooring replacement/project to a full window replacements for the entire property instead. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I am now having to go to the Contractors board and small claims court to solve this situation I paid $14,658 dollars by the way the charged me $2500 to level my 1000 square foot condo and the tiles are terrible they did not use leveling spacers. Also put grout and mortar in my shower drain which I had to pay to get snaked. The camera shows rigid dry concrete which by the way I just purchased the condo two weeks prior and have a full reporting of the drain working perfect prior to the tear out demo and installation all performed by Beno's. They threw all the trash in my condo dumpster even after paying for demo and dumping. I allowed them out to try and fix it and the contractor removed about 10 tiles and cracked and damaged the ones he put back in. Left it worst... In addition when I allowed them out for the drain all he did was blame my husband and I which we did absolutely no work with mortar or grout. please take the time to look at the pictures and video the shower was terrible look at the finish work I had the tile trim there and the contractor did not use it I had to pay another company to fix the ceiling and the drywall. She advised me to come down and look at the carpet options, pick one out then she would send a guy out to get measurements, then she would give me a quote. Okay cool. Guy finally showed up and got the measurements after A LOT of rescheduling due to always being told he'll be here between such and such time and then he would come at a completely different time (with no heads up). Of course, I wasn't home because I was given a different time frame! But again, okay not a huge deal, I used to work at a plumbing company so I understand sometimes the techs get to places early/late. Whatever. Now the real kicker, I FINALLY get a quote, pretty reasonable I think $864 for some nice carpet to install over some hardwood flooring..THEN miss Emma has the nerve to ask for FULL payment up front to do the job. That's right folks. I was being told to pay for installing BEFORE installation. I argue with her for awhile that NOBODY does this lady...a deposit I understand but nobody ever requires full payment prior to a job being done.
