In 2017, their customer service was great, with quick response time and scheduling. They had a great choice of quality laminate and, looking at their website, they still do.

When Ron arrived he brought a new sample that we had not seen the day before. He had continued to look for a close match after we left. When he laid the new sample down on our existing floor we were thrilled to see how close it came to matching, We tried it in different rooms and it was the best we could have hoped for. No one, other than us, will ever notice the difference. When Ron sent us the cost, it was $2,000 less than another company had quoted us. We were very surprised. He also included a veteran discount, and we did not have to pay anything up front, We paid when the job was done and we were satisfied. The price included taking out the old carpet and hauling it, and moving the furniture from the rooms where the new flooring went. The crew that showed up on the appointed date and right on time. They were very courteous and professional. They did two rooms in one day and the third room was finished by 11 a.m. on the second day. Everything looks great. Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. I wanted to give a high five to the guys that came out and carpeted our two story home. Jose Luis, Sebastian and Francisco. These gentlemen arrived as scheduled, went right to work as soon as they arrived. Pulled all the old carpet and installed the new carpet in the upstairs to include the stairwells. Day two they arrived at 8am and went to work on the downstairs. These guys carpeted 5 bedrooms, two walk in closets and three internal closets and the stairwell in 1.5 days. They cleaned up as they went. Were very pleasant and answered all of my questions. There were some areas where I had some concerns about how the carpet would butt up against the ceramic tile in some doorways. Jose Luis explained in detail how they installed the carpet in these areas to prevent issues in the future. By the way, we purchased the carpet at RC Willey and from the point of sale to the completion of installation, I have to say is one of the best experiences I have had with this kind of project. These three gentlemen that installed our carpet were punctual, professional and pleasant to deal with. Can't say enough about their skills. Aldaba has a great crew in this team. read more
