You can't imagine how wonderful it is to get off a plane, grab your luggage and just step outside the terminal to find a member of Rachel's team waiting for you. If you are thinking of doing it yourself here is a reason why you should not. We ran into a family on our vacation that drove to Logan and find the parking garages full. They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet. And then wait for the valet to go and get their car and bring it to them. Is that how you want your vacation to begin or end? What made the trip was our driver, Michael. He was so personable, friendly and accommodating. My family couldn't sing his praises enough.
