I've been going here for awhile with great service and results. The last time I was here my big toes had a little ingrown. This is normal for me and my pedicure person has always handled it. The young man last time actually cut my toe nails down the sides and left the ingrown part. An older woman came over and finished it when she saw what he was doing. I wasn't upset bc he's learning. So, I had to skip a month on the pedicure letting my nails grow back out on the sides. I came back today. Tina spent a ridiculous amount of time massaging my legs while watching the tv behind me. It was awkward. When she was about to paint them I reminder her of the ingrowns. She said she couldn't do anything about that and I needed to go to a doctor. That's the first I've been told that in 30 years of pedicures. She had someone else come over and I explained they caused the problem. So, she started digging and pulling to the point I had tears and was bleeding. She seemed angry. She finished I guess, polished them and walked away without a word and no top coat. Horrible service. The worst I've had in all of my years getting my nails done. I guess they could tell I'm mad or saw where I'm typing and they both came over trying to be nice. Too late. When I arrived at the salon specifically asked if their non-disposal materials were sterilized, and the manager upfront said yes. I am a dental hygienist by provision, and I am very familiar with the sterilization process and the procedures of using sterilization bags with autoclaves. After they seated me at my chair, the girl came out with a tray of products and flowers. The sterilization bag was turned down, so I leaned forward, turned the sterilization bag over and saw that it was not sterile!!!!!There is no excuse for this. Fungal infections are very prominent and I am blown away that this nail salon is still in business due to this practicum. read more

My sister and I came in to try this salon for the first time today. We both got pedicures, which were good! I got gel polish removed and a regular manicure, and she got her dip nails redone. The photos attached are of her dip. She ended up not getting the chrome she wanted on top because she was in pain and so ready to leave. 8/10 of her nails were cut from the drill and/or filing. Lily, the nail tech acknowledged one of the cut nails, but that was all. Overall, it's a beautiful salon and the service was quick, but this feels like a basic lack of skill to not be able to safety and hygienically do her nails. read more

Tiffany did an AMAZING job on my cousins feet (who works in a warehouse) she took extra care in removing dead skin, cutting, and filing he's toenails. I was getting my nails done for a vacation. The service was fine and the ladies were nice however one of my nails broke the same day. Went back they fixed it for free, went on my trip the next day, in the span of 4 days 2 more nails broke. I would say I'm rough or anything, if anything I was extra careful due to the previously broken nail. Came back from vacation with 2 broken nails and 2 more split not completely broken. Went back to the nail salon to get them all just removed since I work with my hands a lot, damaged my nails even more, even was painful at times. My daughter got her nails done here last week for a school banquet and it was almost comical how bad they looked. Not only were her hands covered in left over acrylic, she had numerous cuts and they filled the back of her nails. She asked for French tips, could have very easily been achieved with a simple polish instead of colored acrylic. Will never go back. Manager tried to gaslight me and said I received a service that I did not. This was our go-to nail spot when we are in the Keller area. Today me and my friend came in to get our nails done before a client appointment. We got the $58 pedicure & dip manicure with cuticle trim. We get our nails done every 3 weeks, so very much regulars at this. Service total was over $300. The lady doing my manicure was nice but had a hard time understanding that I wanted my nails filed down more. It turned into a whole ordeal of 3 people talking to me and I just wanted them shortened a little bit more than what she had done. While this was happening, she was soaking my left hand. At this point, I didn't have any dip on my nails. My right hand was never soaked in water to soften my cuticles. By the end of the manicure, the dip was on and I made a comment that my cuticles hadn't been trimmed yet so I was just trying to make sure that happened. The lady (manager?) said, "yes she trimmed them" ..... No, she didn't. I also can feel the hard areas still present. She asked me if she had soaked my hand and I said, "just my left hand." The lady doing my pedicure said that the lady doing my manicure would check. Manicurist then trimmed them. When my nails were finishing drying, the manager comes to check on me so I said, "I'm sure she just got distracted with the talk about the length but she fixed it" ... the manager then says, "I checked the security footage and she did trim your cuticles.... But did she do them again for you?" WHAT???? I was like, "no, she didn't... she did at the end, yes" .. She tried to tell me that something happened to my body, that I was completely unaware of?!? Get out of here. If we didn't have to run to a client appointment I would've had her show me the "security footage." We paid for over $300 in services! And you're going to try to gaslight me about trimming my cuticles?! Will absolutely never return. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST. These people are crooks. I paid $166 for a REGULAR mani/pedi for me and my 9YO son. I was given a $90 bill at first and then they said they gave me wrong tab and it was $130. But they said they weren't going to refund the original payment (and I tipped generously $30) and just told me to pay the $130 bill. WHO DOES THAT?! So, they were trying to collect $220 for a REGULAR mani/pedi for 1 adult and 1kid. THEN, when they finally voided the original payment, they OVERCHARGED the tip. I signed for a $30 tip and they charged $38.40. This is in a small town. I live in SAN FRANCISCO and have not ever seen these prices unless it is at an upscale spa, and this is definitely NOT that. I was so excited to come here because they just moved in, the 30% off was a benefit for sure but I came to the realization that I was paying for more "extras" my pedicure was perfect but the manicure wasn't great. I paid $5 extra for tips, but she filed them down all the way (see pic) I paid extra for cuticles and she cut all of them, when she took off my previous nails she had my hands covered in acetone. I just went to Majestic Nail Salon at 101 Town Center in Keller. I can't believe how they decided to price gouge a brand new customer. When I arrived the mgr looked at my nails and sat me down at a chair. She never told me the price of anything and the girl that was doing my nails was unhappy that I had brought my own nail polish. I needed to get a full set of acrylic nails put on. I had already taken off my old set and removed my nail polish except in the corners of 2 small nails. . They charged me the following: To take off the nail polish $6.00.. I can go to Walmart and buy a brand new bottle of nail polish remover for $1.03. A whole set of acrylic nails cost $45 which I didn't have a problem with. Everywhere I have gone to have a full set put on, this always included the filing of the new set. Not at this place. They charged me $5.00 to SHAPE OR FILE THIS NEW SET! How can you put on a new set of nails without cutting and filing them! They don't take checks only credit cards, so they added another surcharge of $1.68 for using a credit card. Again, I have been to many Nail Salons in the area and I have never been taken advatage of like Majestic Nail Salon did. I just looked at their website to see if they show any of these additional charges that they charged me. There was nothing on there for polish removal or to file nails when getting a full set of fake nails done. I'm going to report this company to the Texas Attorney General for price gouging. I'm sick of places like this trying to take advantage of new people. BTW I did call the mgr back to see if they would remove these bogus charges and they wouldn't. They were speechless that I would even stick up for myself. Don't go to this place. read more

Unfortunately, I developed an infection in my big toe from my recent pedicure, as the technician cut my nail bed. She sanitized the area after, but it still developed into an infection that warranted prescription antibiotics from my doctor. My toe is swollen, red, has puss and throbbing in pain two days later. Please educate your nail techs on being extra cautious with avoiding nicks and cuts to prevent infection. read more
