I had a pedicure done by Rose on Sunday evening. She dug in the side of my big toenail and it hurt really bad when she did it and now it is ingrown :( She also did not scrub my heals what so ever and they are super cracked. My friend got her nails done and the woman doing them was eating as she was doing her nails. She would eat her snack and then right away touch my friend's fingers. She also literally ripped off her nails instead of soaking them. She would point at costumers and talk about them to the person doing my nails. We also paid for a manicure which is $20 and it was not at all worth that much. The only thing that was done was the cuticles. Used to really enjoy coming here but it's gotten a little lazy... which is unfortunate.

I really hate to say this because everyone at the salon is beyond kind and soo so patient but I'm too upset to not review this time. Let me note that I've had about 6 great experiences before this so maybe I'm overreacting. So yeah the darker pic is what I asked for and the light one is what I got. Not happy at all. Contemplating doing it myself after getting them taken off tomorrow. Set was dip, with pink shimmer and barely 3d if at all, "chrome".

Tried this new place out and tried the dip powder mani/pedi. First a gentleman (assuming owner) worked on my nails, then went back to the spa chair for a pedi by woman. She then worked on my nails and took longer than expected. I asked her if it usually takes this long and she said no, but she wanted to ensure the powder looked good without being too thick. Luckily I wasn't pressed for time. But I can say that she was meticulous and detail oriented. I LOVE how my nails turned out and still looks two weeks later! The picture attached is two weeks later. This is my new go to nail salon. The owner was really nice, people didn't have to wait in a long line, good atmosphere and clean. Staff was professional. I forget the nail tech's name but I'm looking for her again. Highly recommend and love this place!

Very friendly/attentive staff, beautiful decor, & everything inside is shiny & brand newwww . I honestly don't know a damn thing about nails but they did a great job on my nieces, 10 out of 10 would come again! - 12/21/17 update - My second or third time here...Ivy & Tom treat me better than my own family. And of course they really hooked up my nieces' nails once again.

Really nice shape and color job :). It looks just as good as gel and it's just polish!

I've been to this nail salon 3-4 times. The second to last time I went, I got gel, and it started peeling on the back after about two weeks, which I wasn't super happy about. But it definitely happens :). This last time I went in and just got a regular manicure with Kay. She painted my nails just an example for me to see the shape, then took the polish off to redo them perfectly. She took a lot of time to make sure the shape was what I wanted. When she was filing the gel from my previous manicure off on one of my hands it started hurting, and I told her, and she decided for the other hand to just let the gel sit in acetone instead of file them at all because it hurt my nails. She also made sure I liked my color as she was painting it two or three times. I really really am happy with my nails. :). Also, this nail salon always does killer massages with their manicures. I recommend the vanilla latte scent :). Additionally, I think you can get two complimentary drinks while you're getting your nails done.

I'm sorry those other people had a bad experience because ours was great!! My mother was in from out of town and we had a grand time!! It was not that busy at all and, being new, the salon is beautiful! I dig the set up. The person who attended to my mother was Diana and she was delightful. Very sweet young gal. I did not get the name of the person who did my manicure but she had a blingy t-shirt that said Mango so I hope she doesn't mind me calling her Mango...for now. Anywhooo...Mango was super sweet but quiet, which was just fine. Now, apparently my mother's pedicurist back home quit so she was ready for a pedicure. That being said, my mother was very impressed! Her person back home didn't spoil her the way Diana did. She felt thoroughly pampered and loved every minute of it. That is saying something because my mother's feet are not good. The bones are degenerating...badly. Hard for her to feel find good shoes so it isn't easy for her to do a lot of walking. Therefore, I was thrilled to hear how much she was enjoying the pedicure and I thank Diana for that!! This was the first time in years she has had polish on her toes!! I highly recommend Oscars. For those of you who had a bad experience, give them another try. We made an appointment so maybe that was the difference, I don't know. What I do know is that, when a place first opens, there are always kinks to work out. I look forward to going back!!

Tom did an amazing job on my ombré nails. He took his time and you can tell he's a perfectionist. I value someone that takes pride in their work. And it shows. The whole salon was def up to my standards as well. I like the fact that they took my temp/ made me sign a consent/ and of course wear a face mask. I felt safe while getting my nails. Also Minah did my pedicure and honestly it was one of the best I ever had. I think I found my new home

I'm cheating on my long time nail salon for this nail salon and that says ALOT. I was introduced to this place by my sister in law and became hooked on their service and how good they are. Mind you each nail technician at any salon is different so it's always hard to fully get a good consistent job done every time with different nail techs HOWEVER, I have already been here 3 times and had six different nails techs (one for my manicure and pedicure) and have gotten such a good outcome. I even trusted them for my wedding nails and they delivered! I was so so so happy with how they turned out that I may have been squealing with excitement and texted everyone about them. They are also always kind, nice, and professional when I enter....the prices are decent for what services you get....the place is well kept and clean....they have multiple chairs, tables, and workers....and they have a BAR. It's just a great all around nail spot that so far have given me great service and product. Although I still love my other salon and the nail technicians...,I'd have to say if I want to have good dipped nails and pedicures I'd have to chose to come here.

I have been coming to Oscars for a few years now and I always leave happy. Today I went out on a limb and tried something new with my nails and they were more than willing to accommodate my request. I'm normally very "vanilla" with my nails. But, apparently if I want to jazzy it up, they can do that too. Thanks for another great experience. read more

What's the point of making an appointment when you have to wait another 30 mins to be seen. I've been to this location 3x so far. It seems that every time I've come here I've not had the best experience worth being seen "on time". n't mind just letting your feet sit in water alone- enjoy. They do have many pedicure options and prices range from $40-80 which is the norm I guess. Most do offer a warm Neck roll which is relaxing. It appears they have many drink offerings although I wasn't offered anything while I waited. So I guess the search continues. read more

AVOID like the plague! Had my nails done for $70 dollars and got a fungal infection on my big toe 2 days later. It has no been a month and I am still battling this fungal infection. Ended up having to have part of my nail cut off to prevent it from growing further. read more

This is my new go-to nail option. Sam does a great dip manicure so I try to schedule on a day he is working, and all the gals who do my pedicures are wonderful as well. Large space with a ton of pedicure chairs, and usually can get in when I would like. Tom, the owner, helped me track down some missing gift certificates that were lost in the mail, and replaced them for me with no problem. Tons of polish choices, whether dip, gel or regular. If I go with a group, I'll sometimes even bring a bottle of wine to enjoy while I relax in the comfy massage chairs! read more

I came here Sunday afternoon and got a mani/pedi. Joy did a majority of my nails and she was awesome! Service was top notch. Me and my friend got seated right away and offered drinks (mimosa, sangria, margarita, etc). My pedi was amazing and to me it had a lot of perks for the price. My mani was good. Actually, everything was good except they didn't clean up my cuticles at all before getting dip nails. I still had hang nails and skin that probably needed to be pushed back before they did my nails. Other than that I really can't complain. I could've asked at the time, but didn't. However, I will definitely be back. Very clean and upscale place for a good price! Me and my friend can't wait to go back in two weeks! read more

Love this nail salon! I've been 3 times now in the last 2 months and they do a killer job every time. Tom is the best - he has done my nails twice now. The salon is really nice and spacious and everyone who works there is very nice. Highly recommended! read more

After two years of coming here I'm sadden to share that I will not be revisiting. The staff have been nice. The main reason I would come here was that I didn't have to feel pressured to get anything extra. Everything is extra. Manicure at any place should be included. Sorry $53-$63 for a dip is beyond my price range. Especially now with Corona around. I haven't had a pedicure or manicure since this all started. Because I choose the cheapest pedicure I noticed I was not offered water or soda. Normally I would pay for a higher pedicure and always gotten a beverage. I asked if I could have and was ignored. The nail color was sticky, the nail color was very old. They put some nail polish remover on it and it still was bad. I had to ask them to take it off. Don't know why I wanted to cry. It's sad that today was not good. I may or may not give them another chance. If so, I will update if needed. read more

Just had a perfect pedicure! Always call for an appointment as sometimes they are super busy. Today a friend and I were the only customers. Five others came in later. Rose and Tammy are fantastic! Perfect temperatures of the water, stones and wax. Perfect pressure for the massage. Always call for appointment. A few weeks ago I didn't and they were too busy. read more

Came in to get Dip manicure nails. I don't get my nails done often so save money. But my husband spoiled me today. Tom was my nail tech, he was so kind and generous for us being there and having patience since they where busy. But even with him getting up a few times he still got to know us. Dip nails can at times come out fat from the dip but omg mine came out amazing. Thank you again Tom will definitely be back. read more

They grind my nails down so thin removing my dip, I had to leave with nothing on my nails. They are sore and now cut all the way down to the nub. I've been coming here every two weeks for a while now, and I will not be back. read more

I have been traveling to Mansfield to get my nails done. I took a chance with this place and was not disappointed! Beautiful environment, clean, friendly, professional and my nails (French tip dipped) look amazing. Not too thick and shaped nicely. I will be back for sure!!! Thanks Tom! read more

Tom and Tina do a really good job on my dip nails. They last about 3 weeks. I do wish my pedicurist would make sure my feet are smooth. I hate paying extra and I still have calluses. Not good. I just showed her and she told me to use more lotion on my feet!!! read more

First I just want to say how the manager Tom is one of the best salon managers i have even come in contact with. He is always helping his staff and making sure that every customer who walks in the door is taken care of. You do not find many managers like that any more so I appreciate it. The entire staff at this location is great. I am very picky with my nails but have never left the salon disappointed. The color selections for dip and gel are great. There is a color for every mood/occasion. I also like how they swatch their specialty designs. It's nice to see what they CAN do (ombre, chrome, designs, etc) Thanks Oscars for being consistent and amazing every visit read more

I have mild palmoplantar psoriasis--a non-contagious skin condition and without any flair ups --and instead of making me feel welcomed, the staff made me feel judged the entire time. The pedicure was rushed and barely addressed my calluses/extra skin (which is the entire reason I get pedicures! Is to keep the extra skin I produce off). No callus softener was used, and when I asked for more effort, it was done, but met with an energy as if I was crazy for asking that, again, it's literally the ONLY thing I look forward to and need. The neon yellow polish I chose was applied without a white base, making it look dull and sloppy. Then I was asked if it was ok - which kind of confused me, because shouldn't an experienced nail tech know that a white base is required for neon colors to pop properly? It looked horrible and I had to have her remove it. For my manicure, I asked for dip powder, but the tech convinced me into some "new gel technique" that burned my nails every time she put them under the light and smelled horrible. The result was so bad, it literally oozed onto my skin, and didn't stick to my nails because I couldn't cure the gel due to the burning sensation under the light. Felt like I was placing resin on my nails. When I mentioned the details I was experiencing and in as kind of a manner as I could and that it was ok I could just go to my usual place, I was met with an exchange of words in Vietnamese, which frustrated me even more and semi attitude from some of the staff. I really didn't mean to make anything difficult and I even mentioned paying for what I could and that I'd just happily leave. I finally was able to get up to leave and go straight to my usual salon to have everything redone. To add the cherry on top - I still paid $70 for this service. Beautiful inside and the salon and I really liked the way they displayed the colors they have, that was actually really nice. Their follow-up message basically blamed my skin condition instead of acknowledging their lack of care and professionalism. For anyone with even the slightest skin issue or who expects basic customer service: stay far away. EDIT AFTER REVIEW RESPONSE: Your response only confirms my frustration. Let me be crystal clear: I didn't come to your salon for medical treatment - I came for a basic pedicure and manicure like I've had at countless other salons without issue. What I received was rushed, low-effort service and a lack of care. My feet weren't properly prepped, my calluses weren't addressed, and the neon polish was applied without a base coat - resulting in a dull, sloppy finish. On my hands, I was pressured into a gel service I didn't even want, which burned my nails and smelled awful. I left embarrassed, uncomfortable, and $70 lighter... only to immediately go to my usual salon to have everything redone the right way. Your continued focus on my skin condition as a scapegoat is both dismissive and tone-deaf. This wasn't a health issue. This was a quality and professionalism issue. Own that. Do better.

Plus, one of the employees had her kid there who was seriously one of the cutest freakin kids I've ever seen running around offering me Ritz crackers. Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!
