Came in for a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was great- nail tech took his time and was very thorough. The gel mani was disappointing- extremely rushed, not the shape I requested, and a few nails were rough on the tip so I had to go home and file them. Would come back for pedi but get a mani somewhere else. read more

This place was friendly from start to end. The ladies there are super nice and they have beverages for your enjoyment. They try to tend to your needs as best as they can! I had Shirley help me and her techniques was delicate and did not hurt. The place was so grand and I love all the different stones and engravings in the walls. Some girl next to me was asking her nail lady if she could not file down the acrylic nail so much because she didn't like it. The nail tech said she would try her best. WHAT!! That's just crazy. I'm from San Francisco visiting my cousin, and we wanted to do a girls' day. We went to another salon, and they were not interested in helping our group of four get pedicures. I called around on Yelp, and Thai answered. He was very personable, and very accommodating to our group. The salon is very luxurious and the nail techs all did a great job. Beverages were offered, and the owner checked in on us periodically to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. My cousin was wearing a dress, and the owner brought a towel to cover her legs. I love coming to Deluxe Nail Spa. Used to get my nails done here all of the time but I had to take a 6 month sabbatical from pampering myself because of school. I have now graduated and my husband brought me here for a his & hers pedi. Henry & Holly worked on our feet and it felt so delightful...and it was LONG overdue!!! Holly had her work cut out for her with my husband's feet (God love him! LOL) but she persevered and did great! Henry did an amazing job! They were both quick yet I felt pampered. He gave me such a nice lower leg massage. Wish I could have sat there for another hour!! Thai, one of the managers (owner?) is also wonderful. The whole staff is very polite and courteous. Update 1/17/19: So if you follow my reviews you know I'm on the hunt for my new nail salon. I've hit a few in the area. I'm picky and have certain requests. I popped back into this salon and the guy Hai (sp?) recognized me by my review. Asked me if it was me and apologized for my previous experiences. I explained my situation and told him that I had been there Christmas Eve and a lady did my nails and she was awesome... he narrowed it down for me and brought her to the front. Van did my nails and she did a great job. I will see how this set holds up but if it does I think I found my place! Every time I come here - i don't have to wait which is great. I was pleased to have met Hai and found Van again. First time here. Greeted wonderfully by the attendant. The place was large and clean. I was immediately serviced by a young man. I chose dip and they have a ton of colors to choose from. I will try this place again and hopefully make it my regular spot. I need a place closer to home and this may just be it. read more

Ken and Paul were absolutely amazing! My friends and I came for a pedicure and the service was phenomenal. They asked if we wanted anything to drink. They took their time on making sure our feet were shaped and polished. It can be hard getting a good French tip. My feet have never been so soft. The establishment is well decorated. Sitting here after a mediocre pedicure. The establishment is nice but the woman who did my pedicure wasn't very good. So I won't blame that on the business itself. It seemed rushed, the massage was awful, felt like someone was rubbing lotion on my legs and feet. I can do that myself. The paint job wasn't great I had paint on my toes as well as my nail. Once she finished she said you can pay at the front, walked away without putting my shoes on so I had to do that myself. My daughter and I came in the day before Thanksgiving for mani-pedis. This place used to be called Castle Nails and is decorated in an elegant and ornate manner. This is definitely where I would bring a large group such as a bridal party, reunion or birthday outing because they have the chairs and techs to accommodate a large group. Their atmosphere also fits a nicer event. Although they are usually polite and friendly, this time the nail techs acted put out and were cold (and slightly rude). I am only deducting a star because it was the day before Thanksgiving and I'm certain they wanted to be home with family. Also everyone there has always previously been kind and friendly. read more

Omg I loved this place. The older lady who did my manicure was the sweetest and sassiest. I picked a color and she goes "I have a color I like for u, I don't like this for u." She got up and walked away and came back with another color that was a similar shade and honestly it was a better color for me. The gentleman who set me up when I walked in kept my drink filled, which was so nice. I'll def be back again and again. read more

3 weeks ago I had an terrible experience at heaven nails. My cuticles were destroyed, I was cut and my pedi was subpar. Today I'm so glad I went into deluxe. Traci did an amazing job of my dip. I hate to give negative reviews, but I have to warn my fellow patrons. They have no business being open at this time, we visited last week and it was absolutely painful. We made a reservation and showed up only to wait over an hour to be seated with another 20 minutes until a technician came over. The tech for my wife was so incompetent, he had to keep asking other technicians what he should do and which product to use. He couldn't even do a basic gel nails. She ended up not doing her manicure as he was so clueless. He skipped the massage parts. My tech also was terrible, worst pedicure I have ever done. Three other people in the salon were arguing with the manager saying they hadn't gotten what they paid for (which is consistent with what we had experienced). He refused to adjust the charges for any of them. One of them (who sitting next to us) paid for gel nails and literally had to have them take off the polish because they messed up so bad. They also were so overcrowded that people were literally on top of each other...try 90% of capacity... read more

Love this place! Every time I come for either manicure or a pedicure I usually never have a wait. If we have to wait it is never more than 5 minutes. Every one is always very nice, and does a fantastic job. When I get my dip redone it is alway done perfectly, and lasts longer than anywhere else I have tried. They always offer any type of drinks, and have good music playing every time we go. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new nail salon to go to. read more

Terrible customer service. Booked an appt and when I arrived they said I missed my appt the day before. They had the wrong date and rather than trying to accommodate me while there, just said "sorry", and let me walk out.
