Elegant Touch is a cozy little nail salon in Johns Creek. I used to come here years ago when it was Nail Styles. Now it's under a new name and new ownership. I recently came in without an appointment and needed a pedicure treatment without the polish. They accommodated me with no wait. I thought the price was fair and the service was very good. I stopped in for the same service on a different occasion and the price doubled. Very unfortunate that pricing is inconsistent. read more

Elegant Touch is such a gem. Lola, Ben and staff are friendly and attentive. They are detailed and efficient. Lola treats every customer like family. She remembers names and conversations, she's funny and sweet. Great for Manicures, Pedicures, (natural, gel, and SNS) Waxing and neck massages. Salon is clean and bright - no acetone smell. I've been to most of the nail salons in my neighborhood and this place is the best. It's really affordable. Lola and her staff always do a fantastic job! It's nothing fancy but that's not why we go here. It's because they always do a great job. And like I said it's affordable. She seems to stay competitive with products that women prefer. She does offer free beverages which is a nice touch. I always feel welcome and comfortable. read more

I got a pedicure by Vivien, and she did a VERY BAD job. First, she was very rushed. I did not feel relaxed at all, and she did not give me time to soak my feet. When it came to the massage she did not massage properly even though i asked her. When I asked she seemed to do worst on purpose! If you come here don't get your nails done by Vivien. Ask for Ben or Gina! read more

Recently, I called up a few places to see which places does Minx nails (nail stickers that last around 2 weeks and they have a wide array of designs!) around my house. Found this place on the Minx website and I gave them a call. They had the metallic snakeskin pattern I wanted in stock. So I booked an appointment for an hour later. Let me list the pros of this place: #1. They speak English very well. I know, so racist coming from another yellow person (yellow on yellow crime?) but it frustrates me to no end when my nail salon professional is trying to speak to me and I have absolutely no idea what they're saying to me. #2. They have a good rapport with most of their customers. Most of their customers seemed to be repeat customers and they were all very friendly. #3. Wide array of Minx designs, different nail services, and competitive pricing. I paid around $50 + tip for my manicure and Minx nails ($10 for manicure + $40 for Minx designs which is very cheap for all ten of your fingers). I think I'd go back again to get some Minx nails done for a special occasion :) read more

I have gone to Kevin and Mimi for 5+ years now and they are by far some of the best people in the business. They are like family to me. They are a very clean shop, they speak English, they can and will do anything you ask of them. They are incredible people and have a well oiled machine of a business. Some of the absolute best pedicures I have ever received. They always have the newest nail things out on the market. The tips I get put on last longer then any other places Ive tried them at, and MIMI is a DESIGN GENIUS! You show her a picture and she will put it on your fingers or toes. The best nail salon I've been too in awhile. They had a conversation with me the whole time which is nice when you're sitting there for however long it takes. Mine took about an hour and a half but I got my toes done as well was the spa treatment. Got acrylics with gel and the nail polish that change/color seriously so cute and they look very nice ! Great service but not very dependable on the quality of service. I've been to this place 3 times and honestly, it has the potential to be great but it's not there yet. My lady is sometimes good, other times she paints like a 3 year old. She's incredibly slow at her work. She's really good when she takes her time but I spent 3 hours in a chair for a mani/pedi, it was really great service but 3 hours is way too long for a simple mani/pedi. One time I was done quicker but the work was sloppier. So you really have to decide if you want to take a chance on this place. I won't be coming back, I feel like i've given this place enough chances to wow me and that's really fallen flat. read more

I needed a day of relaxation and I went in for just a pedicure but ended up with a manicure and a neck massage. The ladies were intuitive and I did not mind the up sale because I really needed it. I went today for a mani/pedi and it was the worst I have ever had. She barely cut the cuticles on my hands and my toes are awful.

I went to this salon after reading the great reviews on here about it. I have to say I am so disappointed! The whole time we were there the techs were talking to each other and laughing in their language. The lady doing my 9 year old daughters nails took it upon herself to add a $5 design on her nails without asking me at all! Yes our nails look nice, but I did not feel comfortable there and will not go back! I feel like I was overcharged for our services and the talking/laughing was very uncomfortable. I will definitely be returning to our normal salon down the street. read more
