My aesthetician was standing there and told me that she would not be able to take me because she'd already taken her next appointment back. She said I could come back in three or four hours when she had an opening, but that did not work with my schedule. Their website states that 10 minutes late is a no show- with no mention of how long your appointment was. Sadly, they lost three customers this morning over that five minutes.

I'm sure Olga is awesome, but despite booking my eyebrow threading appointment with her specifically, I never met her and a random lady did my brows--I have scars above my right eyebrow, like, deep scars from my appointment that resulted in deep itchy rash. It also smelled odd during the threading like maybe rose witch hazel but I'm not sensitive to that normally. A simple alcohol or aloe solution would have been preferred. Maybe it just wasn't sanitary but anyway I left and almost immediately broke out in a super itchy skin inflammation and started my new job like that! This was several months ago (April 2025) and I still have the deep scars on my face from this amateur facility with newbies. I just remember wanting to scratch it so badly. I used to go to a threading and sugaring place in Alpharetta before I relocated, and never had a problem nor sensitivity there. Brazilian and eyebrows, never an issue. Bare Wax is not a place I will be returning to. What sucks is I didn't even need the service, just wanted to try the new place and be groomed and polished. Honestly there was no difference, she didn't even know how to trim my eyebrows so they looked basically the same as when I arrived.

I visited Cosmo Med Spa in Alpharetta (GA) on Saturday (5/3/25), for a teeth whitening treatment…read more After the treatment, my lips, gums and entire mouth swelled and started to swelI enormously and blister. I had to rush to Urgent Care the next day, where I received a Decadron shot (Steroid), a prescription for a Medrol pack (Prednisone), Famotidine, and Claritin for two weeks. The doctor at the Urgent Care said I had suffered a chemical burn to my mouth due to the chemicals touching parts of my mouth that it should not have touched. It has been difficult for me to speak, eat, drink, smile, and even go to work. I could not go into work on Monday (5/5/25) due to the severe pain. My lips are burnt, the inside of my mouth is burnt and has blisters. I cannot eat or drink like normal, nor brush my teeth. I have missed work due to being in such horrendous pain. I contacted the provider at Cosmo Med Spa and she told me that "I will be okay" and "she will pray for me." I am in so much pain that I had to see another doctor, my PCP, and she also diagnosed it as burns to my mouth. She prescribed Lidocaine. I am now on five medications and I still in tremendous pain (today is 5/8/25). The owner of Cosmo Med Spa stated that she will once again, "Pray for me." I will attach pictures and doctor's reports. It might be easier for me to send these documents to you via text.
