I've been going to Majestic Nails for about 10 years. Superb quality. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. like family!!!

Let me start by saying that the lady that did my pedicure did an amazing job. But there are many cons to this place and I'll most likely not come back. At first glance it does smell a little weird once you come in. And it's warmer than other salons I've been to. The ladies here are not necessarily nice and things do not seem to be clean. The tub where they put your feet in had some water leftover that looked dirty. But they put the plastic over it with the new water that they use for you. Forgot something: paid 46$ for a shellac pedicure. It doesn't include a massage. They said yes but it was like 2 min at best. The place in league city by the canes it's better read more

I'm surprised someone would let a customer walk out with a pedicure like mine. The one time I stray from my amazing salon I get this. I got a shellac pedicure so thats an additional $23 to a $33 pedicure. The lady basically painted my toe and instead of using acetone to remove it like most people, she waited until the very end and clipped it off. My feet look worse than what they did when I walked in. I am so disappointed. And of course I'm the type of person who doesn't say anything because I'm too nice but I will definitely write a review! Please don't go here if you want a decent pedicure. I could have done better at home. I don't have the prettiest feet but damn they look worse. read more

I wish I could rate them 0 stars...or negative. I truly cannot say a single good thing about this business. It's dirty, out of date, and the person that did my nails did them barefoot on the dirty floor. She also seemed to have unkept, yellowing fingernails. My nails (I ordered dip with lengthening tip) were horrific. All uneven, bumpy and as soon as I got out of the salon, MELTED off my fingers. It was soft as gum on my nails. It was so bad I had to go to a different place the same day to get them redone. NEVER EVER come here. read more

I rarely give five stars but I'm giving Majestic 5 stars because I love the owner, she's so sweet, fun and professional. I send everyone her and her staff's way as often as I can. Majestic is clean, comfortable and Lisa does an amazing job on my nails wether I do natural, shellac or powder, she's fast and my nails look great every time. I've gone to other places in a rush or nearby wherever I was at the time and EVERY time I'm disappointed and ALWAYS come back to Majestic. The products used here last so well we've noticed compared to all other places. The color, the shine and just the nails in general last, they don't lift or chip like we've experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend this shop and it being ran so well has kept us coming back to her for several years (even before she opened this location). read more

My toes were don't perfectly my nails on the other hand I paid $43 not worth the price and the lady assisting me I knew from the start I wasn't going to like them I got color powder and she didn't even bring the color powder too my cuticles or the edges of my nail I don't know why I accepted to pay for these I just wanted to get out of there spent 2 hours on my nails just for the girl to keep filing and filing after I told her many times it needs more powder I even showed her A picture someone else did on their google reviews too compare and contrast she said "it's different nail shape" and then she doesn't clean under the nail cus it will "break" my nail lady does it every time... the manager tried to step In too help late when I was already over it which I understood cus she was busy probably because she does the best job sucks for me will stick too my original nail lady . I've only been here a handful of times and my only complaint is about one of the nail technicians. To be more specific, the one in the back left corner. I don't know her name, as I don't care to learn it bc she is rude, rough, and works entirely too fast!!! I've been stuck with her twice and always leave unhappy, bleeding, and with sore nail beds!!! Not to mention my nails start lifting within a couple days, I highly recommend the owner or anyone else in the shop. Other than the one technician, I have no other complaints. This salon has gone way downhill since I was here last! This used to be my go to spot for pedicures but I will not be returning. To start, the water drawn up for me to soak my feet in was COLD, not warm as you would usually prefer. Then, as soon as I told the lady that I wanted the basic pedicure she got pissed off and was rushing through my pedicure not even paying attention. She was having a conversation the WHOLE time to the employee sitting next to her in Chinese, and would stop working on my feet every time when she was speaking to her, so I was left just sitting there waiting on her to get back to my feet in between her conversating. Horrible service. The pedicure was horrible too, probably because she wasn't paying attention. I will be correcting it myself when I get home. What a disappointment. I suggest the owner speak to her staff about proper etiquette and customer service. read more

I went to this nail shop for the first time on a Tuesday October 30, 2018 just because I recently moved to the area and it was close to my house. I forgot the name of the lady who did my nails but I just got a shellac manicure and a pedicure. She did a pretty good job on my shellac manicure I thought, however, by Sunday, November 4 my Shellac gel polish on my fingernails had already started coming off and it was not just chipping literally the polish was coming up on the sides and you could lift it and just pull the whole sheet of polish off that was over the nail. Shellac is supposed to last way longer than 4 days. I have never had this happen to me before and I get shellac done very often. It always last at least 2 weeks sometimes longer. It started happening too like 4 of my nails so I just peeled the rest off. Will not be going back to this place again. read more

So I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I love their work. The staff are really friendly and super sweet. They offer complimentary beverages (even alcoholic). They know about the latest products such as Shellac nails. I think their prices are very reasonable (ex. for a pedicure with nail design for two big toes was $35.00). Occasionally there is a wait but I think you should expect that on weekends, but they are honest with the wait time. They do except credit cards, visa and MasterCard only and they allow you to tip on it. read more

Had problems with shellac and had to redo nails multiple times. charged full price, which was high $23 add on to pedicure for shellac alone. Had my nails done as well but had to switch to another color. Nails did not last a full week. Previous have had shellac manicures last several weeks. Felt prices were made up to be higher at checkout as no real receipt is given. read more

Very disappointed, service was great and everyone was extremely nice. I did not realize until I left how poor my acrylic nails looked. I asked for square nails and all of my nails are fan nails, all different. Some think some thin some normal. Just extremely disappointing. read more
