So I blame myself on taking the chance to ask for this kind of detail. I was in town with a friend at the outlet and I didn't want to go back in the city just to get my nails done and come back. Looked up this place and .....here we are ...worse decision ever. He told me to come back which I didn't have time to do and at this point I didn't want him to touch my nails at all ever !

I had the best experience here eve. This by far is my new favorite nail place. Upon entering I received a nice warm welcome when first stepping in. The wait wasn't even that bad, barely any wait time to say the least. Cindy did my nails and I got to say she was the best. Super kind, friendly, efficient and gentle. My nails came out so smooth and even and overall perfect. Usually I feel so aqward just sitting in silence in the chair but the nail tech was so nice and friendly that conversation just rolled off and felt very natural. I was even offered a bottle of water.

The service from when I walked in to when I left was impeccable. I def will be going back and making pedicures a regular in my routine because of Tina. She did a number on my feel and I left feeling more than satisfied.

The place is clean and the staff is super friendly. If you just want your basic mani/pedi with no design then this place will do. They unfortunately couldn't do any designs I showed them and kept saying it's either a sticker or decal or my nails are too short for it. No, I'm showing you a picture of my own nails hoping you can replicate the design but to no avail. My deluxe pedi was nice though plus they offer you a complimentary beverage. But I think this place is a no for me.

I adore this place. My best friend actually is the one who introduced me to this place and now I go here. The ladies here are always very calm yet welcoming. I don't have a favorite as they are all lovely. They always make sure to clean up the underneath of my nails, which I appreciate more than you'd think. They're also very considerate when removing old sets, as far as making sure not to hurt you. Pricing is also quite affordable for the wonderful jobs they all do. And I just found out they do shoulder massages, as well?!!!! Love them!

I recently started going here when i moved close to the location. The family that owns this bail salon are always so welcoming and caring. They took their time with my pedicure and also with my daughter. I am very picky when it comes to my full sets and Cindi listened to all my concerns and granted every wish. My nails lady 3/4 weeks and and so does my pedicure. They give my husband a LEO discount and never shorts him any service. read more

Just had a shellac mani and spa pedicure very good. My 3 year old also had her nails done and the women were very kind and patient. I was able to call and get a time but they also take walk-ins. Lots of color choices and mimosas!! Try them out read more

I had an appointment at 2pm and didn't start getting my nails done until 4:30pm,first off they messed my moms nails all up because the salon was packed and they rushed.So my nails got done around 5:45 my nails looked fine and i was supposed to get my toes done but instead the lady starts going from customer to customer which they had appointments way after me and my mom.I waited since 2pm and didn't get my toes done because they put customers that came after me before me. read more

We arrived here at 11:50 am to get two full sets with bare nails. Nothing on either of our nails. My set done by Tran or Trang took max 30 minutes and I was very pleased with my experience and the outcome of my nails. My sisters nails however took two hours on a basic powder set. About an hour and a half in I am very irritated and honestly in complete shock that it is taking this long. The tech in the picture below is the one that took 1 hour per hand. And the picture of the nails are the nails that took her two hours. I do not recommend getting your nails done by her if you do not have time to sit for two hours. Everything else besides that was great. read more

My friend and I went in for the first time earlier this week. They came highly recommended and we were comfortable with their Covid practices. Kim did my pedicure and she was very sweet, and gentle. I felt so relaxed by the time she was done that I didn't want to leave! I absolutely love the fact that I didn't feel rushed too. While they're working on you, you are their only concern. Update! It has been 9 days since I got my nails done here, and the top coat has started to chip. I'm not sure if this is a side effect of the SNS powder, but every other powder dip manicure I've had has lasted at least 3 weeks. read more

The shittiest salon I've ever been too. It's too expensive and the technicians suck and talk shit. They gave me a drink in a dirty glass. I didn't realize there was greasy handprints and stain until I was halfway in. So fucking gross! And the technician that was doing my nails was so rude and had no motherfucking patience. Worst service of my life and I'm definitely never coming back! read more

When I arrived, someone took me to get my nails filed down. They burnt EVERY SINGLE FINGER filing them down and never once apologized. After she was done she just walked away and I sat there for about 10 minutes before anyone came back up to do my nails. The salon was empty. The nails were uneven and different shapes. read more

I'm very picky when it comes to ANY nail tech providing a service. I found Maui Nails on facebook and got somewhat a good vibe to go there for a pedi. Went there with my daughter on a Sunday and it was mad pack (which is a good thing). I got the Herbal Essential Spa Pedi and OMG, so worth the price. Tren was so attentive and told me to relax and let her do her job (2 thumbs up right there). My daughter got the Kid's Mani/Pedi Combo and she was very pleased with her service as well. I didn't get the name of her nail tech but she too was very attentive. The staff is very precise when it comes to timing and letting the customers know how much time is left. The manager is very personable. He makes sure you're doing ok and kept apologizing if there were a delay of any sort. I will and suggest making an appointment after your first trip, especially on the weekend if before a holiday or special occasion, because I surely will be going back. 5 STARS FOR MAUI NAILS & SPA!!! read more

This place is disgusting. Do NOT GO HERE. My toe is extremely infected and when I continue to call about the infection they are incredibly rude and continue to hang up. They have accused me of being a stupid rude American and I have just asked them to hear me out to prevent further infections of others. Pretty simple. Reimburse me, clean your technicians things and keep the customers happy and this would not be an issue. Idiots. read more

I feel like I can give a fair review because I've gone here twice with almost the same experience. I'll start with positive feedback... they are great when it comes to getting designs on acrylic nails. They look great and this is why I came to this location in the first place. Customer service is subpar and they try to up sale you on everything. Pricing is very inconsistent and both times I ended up with lots of cuts around my cuticles. This last time I was there for 2 hours for a simple manicure. There was a mistake with the color on my nails (not at all the color I picked) and they had to redo them. When I went in they said I'd pay $50 for chrome shellac. They said they would give me a discount for the inconvenience and when it was time to pay they said I owed $60, but with my discount it's $50. So they really didn't give me a discount at all. Not to mention the work is very sloppy (as you can see from the picture). If you like acrylic designs and don't mind then cuts all around your cuticles then it's a great place ‍ read more

While the staff is very nice and accommodating, I am not happy with the services. I got my feet done and a shellac manicure and afterwards my feel were still rough and my nails starting chipping after a week. I tried one more time and the woman that gave me a pedicure was so rough when massaging my legs that I thought I would bruise, and I don't bruise easily..I also got another shellac manicure as well and my nails started to chip and peel again, this time after only 4 days!! I will not be returning. read more

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! Everybody is super nice. We always laugh a lot and relax to the point I'm about to fall asleep when it's foot massage time. I leave absolutely happy (It's like therapy lol). It's ALWAYS very clean, even during the busy days (which is every day). I recommend to everybody!!! I came in for a set today and I was charged $85 for my nails.. so dissatisfied. I got cut in multiple fingers and she didn't clear coat one of my nails all the way. All of my nails have little bubbles in them and the ombré that I got doesn't even look like ombré, they look like french tips. I will never be going here again! I want a refund read more

Have been here a few times and won't even attempt to get my nails done here again. I used to go all the time before they changed owners and it was wonderful. The few times I have been since took soooo long just for a basic shellac manicure and it was obvious they didn't know what they were doing. The one pedicure I've had here was awful, bad polish job and shortest massage ever. I just had my eyebrows done here and during the whole wax I was thinking how the hell this lady obtained a license. They couldn't find a mirror to show me so I said it was fine, and the owner guy assured me they looked good . Got in the car and she missed so many hairs it took me 20 minutes to pluck myself when I got home. This place is WAY more expensive than other nail salons in the area yet they can't do a simple pedicure or wax. No thanks. read more

They were very clean I give them that. They don't follow through with the price they give you. Nor do they tell you what they are charging you for. I called ahead of time and asked for prices. I was told $10 for powder. When everything is done I'm charged $65. The lady that did my nails seemed to be in a rush to get to the other customers and some of my nails are not filed evenly. Today was my first and last time going to this place. read more

I've been to this nail salon several times since they've been Maui Nails...and I have to say they are so courteous and they do an awesome job! I love that they give personalized service...my nails look so nice and there are tons of options for your preferences. In my experience, as you go to a salon on a regular basis, the salon tends to start taking for granted that you'll keep coming back...but I'm always treated very nice here and don't feel like a number. Try this salon out...I really like it. read more

This place is great! I needed to find a new nail salon and I actually found this place on yelp. Super close and convenient to my house. Right when I walked in I was greeted and sat down by Tim, he offered me a drink. The guy that works the front (didn't catch his name) is super amazing! Sooo friendly and talkative which is nice. The design was a small mickey mouse head and star. I paid $127 between mine and my daughter's pedicure and I had no message. I was DONE at this point. They rushed through my mother's pedi. I knew by the look on my mom's face she was not satisfied with her service. You know by checking your cameras you did not give us the full service we paid for. My last visit I had a man that did the same thing.. rushed through the pedicure and didn't do a full massage and this is WHY I had not been back to your facility. I have had MANY of pedicures over the years and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We are leaving for a trip in the morning tomorrow and was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure today which you failed to provide. You made over $200 from our visit today. You have proven you are ALL about the money and not your customers. This place is taking advantage of their customers money! They want you to pay but don't want to give the service the customer is paying for! Then when the customer is not happy they do nothing to make it right. I buy gift cards here for teachers, gifts, etc. Never again after today! Remember no customers, no business. Do better!

My regular person got started on me and after about 20 or 30 mins she cut my finger with the drill and it is nowhere near the cuticle line. I immediately went into tears. She didn't say anything immediately. As my finger bled I had to ask for alcohol and a bandaid. After about 10 minutes the owner came over and tried to say that it was because I should have gotten my nails soaked off instead of getting a refill. I told her to just take them off. She asked me to let my finger heal and come back another day. They didn't offer me any water or anything and still made me pay $12 to get my nails taken off and I am 7 months pregnant! I have been coming to this nail spot for years! It has been about 5 different places since. But this one has been the best! Very clean looking and they are so friendly! Sheen is the manager and very personable. Just puts you in a good mood. He walks around asking everyone how they are doing, offering drinks. He helps the workers fold towels, clean pedicure bowls, organize. That speaks highly to me about not just costumer service but their work environment. He acts like a leader not just a boss. I don't have a "nail lady" mainly because all the ones I have liked have come and went through all the new owners but I haven't been disappointed since it became Maui Nails. Everyone is great! And if you're not totally happy with something they'll change it and make it better right there and then. read more

I hadn't had my nails done in months and really wanted to get some almond-shaped nails with color matching toes. I ended up here pretty much by mistake, trying to get to Chloe Nail & Spa, but ended up here and I'm so glad I did! The staff is super friendly, has great communication regarding what the customer wants, and the salon is very clean and comfortable. I came in during a new management promotion and got 20% off my entire purchase which was awesome! But their regular prices aren't bad either and I will definitely be returning. I've been going here for almost a year now and they always do a great job! Kevin does perfect manicures every time and Vicky and Lauren are fantastic too! April will be two years that they've been open here and they've already made a ton of upgrades to the inside. They truly care about their customers and making sure that everything is how you want it. All the employees were very sweet and helpful when deciding how to do my nails and pedicure. I was able to get the nails I wanted while maintaining the health of my real nails.
