My regular person got started on me and after about 20 or 30 mins she cut my finger with the drill and it is nowhere near the cuticle line. I immediately went into tears. She didn't say anything immediately. As my finger bled I had to ask for alcohol and a bandaid. After about 10 minutes the owner came over and tried to say that it was because I should have gotten my nails soaked off instead of getting a refill. I told her to just take them off. She asked me to let my finger heal and come back another day. They didn't offer me any water or anything and still made me pay $12 to get my nails taken off and I am 7 months pregnant!
