Great service. It was a little busy when we went but the owner made sure you walked out with all your questions answered and felt great about the items you were either renting or in our case buying. The suit my husband wanted for our wedding was supposed to be rented from Al's Formal Wear, and as you know, they went out of business. My son waited until the possible last day to say he was going to prom . (Day before) the men's warehouse, Al's formal ware wanted 2weeks in advance. I was willing to buy but maybe had his size shirt and no shoes or pants , then no ties . Very frustrating. Walked into majestic and signed in within 5 mins he was shown a great selection of suits and tuxedos , fitted and within minutes found his suit, I don't remember older gentleman's name but he was so kind and helpful and so was the rest of his staff. Do not trust these guys with your wedding. It is more important to them to be able to save cost on there end than to deliver the look you asked. My groomsmen weren't give the tuxedo I ordered. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice the switch. I had to fuss just to have all my groomsmen in the right tux. The shoeS were bent and over worn and had creases in them. One of my groomsmen shirt was LOOSE around the collar. Do not make my mistake in trusting these swindlers with your wedding. Use a reputable company. read more

Took forever to get to my brother that was looking for business he lost ours. We were treated extremely bad everyone else that was there got helped in a nice way and to my brother the man kept ignoring him and when he did bring him things he kept rushing him and treating him like he was dumb. We live in Pearland and all work with customer service and we know exactly how people should be treated. Tried to tell us that he couldn't try on the whole suit with shirt and tie because they only do that 3 days before the event they need it for. In what world does that makes sense. We want to see what it looks like now not last minute. Never returning. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

I got married over a year ago and I am over due on my rating!!! I absolutely loved the service! Everyone we worked with were amazing. They went above an beyond to make sure my groomsmen looked great on our wedding day. I needed a certain green that they didnt carry and they promised to make sure they get the color before out wedding day and they did just that. We had a very positive experience at this location. We are from PA and needed a "father-of-the-bride" tux for our daughter's wedding in Galveston. I had contacted Gilbert weeks before the wedding and was told that we could get walk-in service at this location. At most stores I'm familiar with tuxes need to be ordered so I was a little skeptical but I had to trust what I was told. No one else needed a tux as the groom and groomsmen all own their own tuxes. Well we were not disappointed. We got to the store on a Friday morning and were the only ones there so we had very personal service. The price was fair and Gilbert was willing to be very accommodating on our return of the tux because of our timeline. It all worked out, though, we were able to return it before close of business on Saturday after the wedding. Would highly recommend!! read more
