Horrible! Just to get in, you ring a doorbell. She comes to the door and asks, how many people are coming in. My grandma had a walker because she just had surgery and the owner didn't want her to use it and for her to stay stationary at a chair. As we were walking around, she comes up to you and tells you not to touch the dresses. Also the dresses are outdated and in bad shape. Not sure why there's no much scrutiny to get in and then to see the dresses. Never again! The only nice one was the man there. read more

If you are a bride DO NOT go here! You are only allowed to try on three dresses because " you should know what you want". The owner was walking around the whole time with a baby and telling me not to touch any of the dresses. She also said that we needed an appointment , however they do not answer the phone (witnessed the phone ring without an answer at least 10 times while in the store for 20 minutes) , and there is not a place on the website to make an appointment. We had a great experience at Dress Galaxy this spring. My daughter had a general idea of what she wanted. After trying on several dresses, she found one that was just the type of dress she wanted. There needed to be a couple of alterations, however. The alterations were done on site, in a timely manner, and were done beautifully! My daughter wanted a lace-up back and a fabric belt. The seamstresses created them and it was exactly how my daughter hoped it would look. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Dress Galaxy. read more

HUGE store and selection with lots of dresses conveniently organized by size. The young lady who greeted us when we entered started a fitting room for my daughter and checked on her frequently, while also giving us room to shop. She helped with zippers and ties for each dress my daughter tried on and was very nice. People trying on dresses had to share the one large mirror on the stage so sometimes there was a bit of a line and wait for them to see the dress on, which was strange. They should add more mirrors, but the dress selection was great and staff were very helpful. read more

First of all the owner is rude and this is my first and Last time ever coming to this store. She told me that they didn't have mother of the bride dresses here but stated that they did when we first walked in. She actually came into my fitting room to tell me that. Then she said we won't have what your looking for and I'm not a old mother so I felt very offended and I still wanted to try on the dresses I had picked. Then she touched my daughter face and made her feel very uncomfortable which my daughter did not tell until we were long gone which is a big hell no to me. This lady had NO RESPECT for me or my daughter!! I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience here and not to step foot in that so called dress store. Also the dresses had pen marks and falling apart at the seams and snags on all of them and those are the ones you have to buy. She told me that they can alter and fix it but if I'm gonna pay over 350.00 for a dress I expect that thing to not have snags or beads falling off or missing. Very horrible experience I wouldn't have even given it a one star but you have to in order to write a review and this I a real review. read more

If you listen to any review listen to this one! I just purchased what I thought was the perfect dress for a big event! I WAS so excited. AFTER purchasing the dress in full I had the dress altered. The alterations were TERRIBLE! It completely ruined the dress, and on top of that I had to pay 200$ extra for the alterations! I picked my dress up yesterday and it is already coming apart at it's seams and it is way too short. I'm not the type to normally leave reviews but this was such a terrible experience I can not just let this go. I will NEVER be back and these people do not deserve a dime! They do not care about you. Just to give everyone a heads up whatever you do I would not waste my time or money @ this store. The bridesmaid dress that my daughter received from them for a wedding was not fitted a couple of the bridesmaid were just handed their dresses & walked to the door to leave .They were not allowed to try the dresses on to see if their fit.They took them home & tried them on & found that the bust was to big plus the length was way to long. They were poorly made So I WOULD NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR Time OR MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED &WILL HAVE to Spend more money to fix their mess up. Lots of dresses to choose from. The place is enormous. You will find more than one dress you will love, guaranteed but the alterations are very expensive. it cost me over $250 for alterations which was just the length nothing else. Super friendly staff with clean changing rooms makes the experience amazing. read more

My prom was in 21 days and this was the first place I went to visit to find my prom dress. All I can say is that this place is perfect to find a wide range of designs and structures of dresses. Ruby (the owner) is the rudest person to work with. Once i first got there she was very welcoming and eventually she made it seem like she didn't want my business. She continued to compare me to "a proportional body" and when i would say how i didn't like a dress she would try to get me out as fast as possible. Had a horrible experience today. Owner made me and my two older daughters feel very uncomfortable. She was all in our face acting like a speed freak. No 6 feet rule cause she said she didn't have too cause she was vaccinated. She busted open on my daughter changing into a dress left door open and embarrassed my daughter so bad. She pulled a dress out of my daughters hand after she was just looking at it, she scream DONT touch the dresses a cut my daughter hand opened with her nasty looking long fingernails. She better hope my daughter doesn't get it infected. The store was crowded and she was rushing us out ,I was trying to find a dress for my engagement photos. And shoes and jewelry. She treated me so bad cause she remembered me want to buy one of her wedding dresses a few months ago but decided not to buy. Then took my dress after to see if she could alter it and she told me no. Beautiful dresses and so many to chose from! Found Dress Galaxy on the internet and thought I'd check it out for my daughter's prom dress. It was our first and only stop!
