After an unfortunate accident with a zhu zhu pet VS windshield the zhu zhu hamster won that round. I wont go into that story, lets just say the toy did not see round 2. My SUV needs 4 pieces of trim removed in order to replace the windshield and the top piece is normally not reusable. Sam the owner and his guys took the time to carefully remove it so I did not have to replace, at the cost of over $200.00 just for the trim. I was able to get a new windshield put on in no time at all and the guys were quick getting it back together before the next rain storm hits. All this and for 1/2 of what I paid last time. I can't rate this shop higher than 5 but I would. This gentleman fixed my window. That was the service he was paid for. My car wouldn't start something with the key fob. My car was in his lot for hours. This man didn't complain once. He went out of his way to make me comfortable. As far as offering water and a getting a chair for me. Wow what can i say. My 2000 Toyota Camry had a cracked windshield. So i called all the "BIG" cooperation's and i swear all of them were charging me 200 or 220. First of all, I called them late in the afternoon on New Year's Eve. Sam was very nice and helpful on the phone and even offered to stay open late that evening (after 5pm) so I could bring my car by after work to replace my cracked windshield. He quoted me a very reasonable price about $40-50 less than the others I had shopped. I told him that he didnt need to stay open late for me and the following Monday would be fine. He said he could come to my office to install it here for my convenience so I made the appt. It was raining on Monday morning, so he called and offered to pick up and take the car to his shop and bring it back in about 2-3 hours. When he arrived, I showed him that I had a little rust from a previous windshield replacement from another company. He graciously offered to fix it at no extra charge and even upgraded to a better weatherstripping, again at no extra charge. The car came back just as promised and the windshield looks great. I'm very happy with their outstanding customer service and Sam even gave me a nice pen as a thank you gift. These guys went of their way to please their customer. I would definitely use them again if I ever need a windshield replacement again and will recommend them to my friends. read more
