We are retired and meticulously maintain our vehicles. Oil changes and tire rotations every 5000…read moremiles. Have done this for the past 40 years and our vehicles hold up well. We have been going to Fast Lane Quick Lube for about the last 4 years and have had about 15 oil changes done by them. They are the only place that has done the oil changes on our vehicles. We only had one bad experience in the past- they did not replace oil drain cap. Luckily we noticed the drip while we were at the Speedway just across the street and went back and they put cap back in. They were apologetic. No harm, no foul. About a week ago, we went in to have and oil change done on a Saturday. They could not get the filter off and asked that we come back Monday and they would have a torque tool to help get the filter loose. No problem, we said. We came back Monday and with some elbow grease they were able to get the filter loose (they were the ones that over tightened the filter in the 1st place). We had the oil change done and were on our way. A couple days later there was an oil spot on the drive. I took the vehicle back in. They replaced the filter. We were on our way. Last night, I noticed oil on the drive again. This morning I went back in to Fast Lane. They looked at the filter and saw that there was oil leaking from it again. I asked the tech if this was common. He said no- that he does not see this as a regular problem. He then corrected himself and said, well maybe I have seen this sometimes because you have a cap that holds the filter in place. Sometimes there might be an issue with the cap holder that holds the filter in place. There could be something wrong with the filter holder. They replaced the filter and I left. I then called the Toyota dealer here in Canton and asked them if they had a filter cap holder in stock. He said yes, so I drove over and picked one up. I asked the Toyota man if this issue is common- he he had seen it when the cap is over tightened. I paid for the new cap and went back to Fast Lane. This is now my 5th trip in a week to have an oil change done correctly. I asked the tech to replace the cap with the new one I just purchased at the Toyota dealer. He said that he would now charge me for a new filter. I was incredulous, and told him that I was having to come back repeatedly because of his mistakes. I refused to pay for another filter and left. Mistakes happen. I've had a hundred oil changes done in my life and never had a filter over tightened. But I understand that stuff happens. In this case, the business was unwilling to fix their mistake without charging me. I am left with the the cost of a new filter cap, the cleanup job of the 4 oil stains on my driveway and the cost of having someone else replace the oil cap. Sometimes things happen. But when the business that caused the issue refuses to stand behind their work, that is a problem. Word to the wise, take your business elsewhere- these guys don't make good on their promise to give you what you paid for and if they make a mistake they'll charge you to fix an issue they caused in the 1st place.

Outstanding service but holy smokes are they pricy…read more Unfortunately, my Equinox requires a specific type of oil so the warranty doesn't void (all gimmicks thanks to good ol' GM!) While one mechanic worked on my oil change, the other put air in my tires. The mechanic walked me through every step which was nice, and at the end, he made sure everything was still working properly in my car. Once it was all complete, he showed me my oil stick to ensure it actually had oil inside. Like I said, really outstanding service. I'm hoping the $53 spent on an oil change, that I don't have to get for another 5,000 miles, lasts long.

When I contacted the location about the issue, I was told they would only offer me a "free oil change" instead of reimbursing me for the cost of repairing the tint that THEIR employee damaged. What made the situation worse was the explanation I was given. I was told they could not reimburse me because "tint is illegal." That statement was both dismissive and inaccurate. Window tint is not automatically illegal, and regardless of tint percentage, that does not excuse damage caused to a customer's property while in your care. The issue is not about whether my car has tint -- the issue is that your employee damaged my vehicle during service and management refused to take accountability or properly resolve it. I will now have to spend my own money to have the tint professionally redone because of negligence during service. I expected professionalism, accountability, and customer care, but instead I was met with excuses and poor customer service. I would appreciate corporate reaching out regarding this matter because this situation was handled very poorly from start to finish.

The service guy came out and informed me that it would be 2/3 minutes wait and also asked me to move my car so that his coworker could leave. I waited approximately 30 minutes then left. These people are rude and unprofessional. Please do not take your car to this place. They do not deserve your business. When I informed the guy of my experience he apologized and offered me $10 off and explained that he had forgotten that I was out there waiting in the cold. I hope karma for all of them.

My air is still not working and he has not taken responsibility for fixing it. He painted the hose and tried to say it was new. This establishment is unethical and Roger fixing air conditioning on cars is illegal since he is not qualified to do so. When I asked for his license he said it was at home, he doesn't carry it with him. I'm out $500 dollars and the air still is not working. The owner won't return our repeated calls. And I find out that my aunt who went there in 2017 they didn't even replace the oil plug, and they didn't even know and lost oil out of the car and had a $200 repair. Thank goodness I have somebody that could verify and see what was wrong with the car and he verified that all of this was done to my vehicle.
