The service guy came out and informed me that it would be 2/3 minutes wait and also asked me to move my car so that his coworker could leave. I waited approximately 30 minutes then left. These people are rude and unprofessional. Please do not take your car to this place. They do not deserve your business. When I informed the guy of my experience he apologized and offered me $10 off and explained that he had forgotten that I was out there waiting in the cold. I hope karma for all of them.

This establishment is unethical and Roger fixing air conditioning on cars is illegal since he is not qualified to do so. It was a slow but steady countdown as the pressure dropped 26, 25...21...16...7. My cell phone was dead, I was running late to pick up my daughter from latchkey and I prayed my tire would make it off the Mound exit ramp. There right off the northbound exit was the Mound Quick Lube. I parked not knowing they could help with my tire and Moe said to pull my car in and they'd patch the tire or put on the spare. I also explained my phone was dead, I needed to find my daughter a ride, and didn't mention I needed to move some $ on my online banking app to even pay them. Al produced a phone charger and handed me the shop phone. These two young guys who co-own the shop were awesome!!! In 25 minutes, they patched my tire, topped off my wiper and transmission fluids, did an oil change, charged my phone, insisted I take a $3+ iced Starbucks mocha drink, let me use their phone to arrange for my daughter to get picked up... and it was less than my last oil change! Last week I needed an oil change...desperately. It was long overdue, but I am on a very, very…read moretight budget and having a car that does need 100% synthetic oil (and previously having had ALL my oil changes done for free from the Nissan dealership) I was not really in a position to pay much and really dreaded the experience. On a whim I had stopped to grab a drink at a BP gas station on Mound road and noticed this Mound Quick Lube I parked next to...I could see inside and there seemed to be no other cars ahead of me and it was also a 'stay in your car' type of place which I was definitely hoping to find so I figured I might as well drive in and see what the story is. Simply put, it was really awesome. My oil change was priced better than anywhere I'd checked out including deals from Groupon, and that was after adding on a new air filter and having a full flush of my oil system because of how dirty I'd let me last oil get. Plus, my car was literally completed in about 13 minutes, and they guys were so nice and cool to chat with that I just kept my windows down and chit chatted with them while they hooked me up. I didn't expect to find a good deal anywhere, and definitely didn't think I'd find one that was fast, easy, convenient and fun too. Nice job.

I always…read moregot full synthetic oil and didn't have any issues until one day I decided to get an oil change before a road trip to New Mexico. Things seemed normal just as every other time I got my oil changed here. Fast forward to 1:00am the following morning as I'm passing Des Moines, Iowa. My oil light goes on and my engine starts going insane. Luckily I was able to make it off of the exit ramp and pull into a gas station that was in front of a hotel. We were now stranded in Iowa. We had to call a mechanic the following day and pay to have the car towed. Once they got our car up there and diagnosed the issue, they told us that our oil was filled TWO QUARTS MORE THAN WHAT THE CAR TAKES. The cost of taking the engine apart and attempting a repair, or replacing the engine was almost more than the car was worth. We were now out of a car and forced to purchase a new vehicle at a dealership in Iowa. On top of that, we lost out on two nights of the house we had pre paid and booked a year in advance and the cost of towing the vehicle back to dearborn and paying for a lawyer to take this case to small claims court made it completely unworthy it. That being said, a word to the wise, take your vehicle to a more professional shop. It's not worth the money you save to have your car destroyed by people that don't take their responsibility seriously.
