Went to get an oil change and paid $110.96 , and they did not change my filter however charged me for it. They show you the dipstick but they did not show me the filter , came home and crawled under my truck low and behold the old filter was still on . $29.99 out the window .If you go there and have the oil changed have them show you the actual filter . read more

I had no problems with these guys until I asked them to change my battery everything was fine until turned the corner and my car stalled out I and drove right back to them and Johnny says in a very snarky way "we tightened up the connections"so I drive home and my dies completely.In a panic I called my mechanic and explained what happened and within 10 minutes he fixed it he told me they connected the battery wrong.With all due respect to it is very difficult to replace my battery, but you should stand by your work! read more

Johnny&Moe acted like they were mad that I came in and said "I picked a bad time to come because it's hot outside and the oil would be too hot".I told them I could come back another day and they said,"you're already here" with attitude. Johnny never checked any of my fluids and when I got home I found that Moe never changed my oil filter.Usually the owner is there when I've gone in and the service is good.I should have listened to my instincts and driven away. read more

Quick & Easy is next to an oil change and quick lube. The owner of the Quick Lube also owns the car wash and every oil change ($17 up to 5 qts) comes with a free basic car wash ($5 value). A very good deal with all things considered. The quick lube takes about 30 minutes if there's no wait and they do a multipoint inspection for free while your oil is draining out of the pan. They will also top off your fluids gratis. The car wash requires a tight left turn to enter, so if you have a truck, go as wide as you dare and you may just squeak by and onto the track. Otherwise, you'll find that you may need to make a slight adjustment to align yourself. The wash is not a touchless wash. Soft cloths spin and flap to clean your car as it moves along the track conveyor (don't forget to put your vehicle in neutral). A worker on either side uses pressure hoses to get off the grit and grime before using a soapy broom with soft bristles to scrub it. After that, it's 100% automated with your typical soap application and machine scrubbing. At the end there is at least one attendant awaiting to wipe your car down. Like every automated car wash, the back is most neglected and is not cleaned properly. It's not soaped, scrubbed, or rinsed as well as the rest of the vehicle, period. This place is a little better than others which is why I'm actually making the effort to review it. The equipment is the same and does the same poor job; however, the guys with the broom as you enter is the difference. If they do a decent job scrubbing your tailgate with the soapy broom, the grime and dirt is loosened at worse which means more of it is removed by the time you exit the wash gauntlet. Sure there's a $3 (used to be $2) Wash not too far away, and Quick & Easy is $5; but you get a quick towel dry as you leave. Factor $1 tip and your total cost is $6 out the driveway. Twice the price? I think not. The $3 place is really $4 because it's $1 more for any vehicle over 5'; so if you're not a sedan, it's $4. The $3 place also doesn't come with a towel dry, so you'll spend 5 minutes yourself afterwards (if you care to dry your car off), and the $3 place doesn't come with the soapy scrubbing provided by the staff and soft bristled broom to get those nasty bug splatters off your windshield. All in all, you're looking at $2 more for Quick & Easy. IMO, it a slightly better clean with a quick dry, and you never have to leave your vehicle; it's Quick, and it's Easy... 3 stars for the clean, +1 for the convenience, 4 stars overall. I had an absolutely terrible experience last week when I went to get my antifreeze changed. It was recommended I get it done before winter, so I stopped in after work. Johnny and Moe did the job, and I left... within minutes, my engine light was on and a message said my car was overheating. By the time I made it back (3/4 of a mile), the antifreeze was bubbling and my engine was shaking. One of the techs called the owner--the machine they used was broken (apparently, someone knew this because they never went to check the machine, it was said over the phone in a very short conversation) and pumped air into my engine. They were able to get some of it out, the light went off. They acted like they were doing be a favor by giving me a refund. The next morning, my heat wasn't properly working. It would heat up when the car was moving, but when I stopped / was idle, it would start blowing cold air. I called and they sent me to another mechanic (someone the owner knows), and he worked on my car for over an hour... there was a bunch of air still in my engine. I thought the issue was resolved, but today... back to the cold air when my car was idle. Prior to going to Quick and Easy Oil Change, I'd NEVER had this problem. Something routine has caused a complete headache (and potentially very costly repairs) simply because they didn't bother to maintain their machines. read more

Really disappointed with the car wash and interior cleaning. There are supposed to be 2 people at the start to use a brush to get the difficult areas. Many times it is only one person and he is too lazy to do the job. I recently went there when I saw a sign for a manager special for interior cleaning. 2 young black gentlemen we're supposed to clean the inside but they did such a half way job. Avoid this place. Quick easy and great customer service. I ask a lot of questions and they answered them with ease and knowledge. Doesn't take too long to get an oil change. FREE WASH?! YES PLZ! Went here yesterday for an oil change. Being a young woman, of course they tried to rip me off - apparently my oil was so unbelievably dirty that they needed to perform an oil flush...only $29.95!! I declined their generous offer and just asked for the oil change. It was SO HOT in there, waiting and I was on a bay behind another car. I could not leave until the other car left - so when the head mechanic was leaning into the other car talking and laughing for at least 15 minutes, I knew I was in trouble. Since I couldn't have my air on, I just sat there sweating. The guy finally noticed that there was a line of at least 4 cars behind me so he waved the first car out and waved me up and told me to wait at the front of the shop for my bill. My tire was a bit low and usually it is par for the course for the oil change place to check the air. I asked him if they did this and he got a frustrated look on his face and told me to hold on. Another 10 minutes later and I was out of here. The ONLY minor up-side to using this place is that you get a coupon for a free basic car wash next door. The place is run by rough looking minors who are probably freshman in highschool or thereabouts. They took their sweet, sweet time drying my car, and not in a good way. I just wanted to go! Overall, if you are near here and in a jam, it's okay - but in the future I will definitely seek out a different oil change shop. read more

Went in for a quick oil change and the guy said I also need a new filter, he charged me $18.99 for a Ford Focus 2010 filter. Of course he saw that I was alone and a female who didn't know anything about cars, he talked me into getting it done. He then proceeded to charge me $3.00 for labor. When I got home and went through receipts from years past when I had oil change done at several other places, they either didn't charge me or charged me $2 for changing out filters. What a swindler. Then when I went next door for free car wash, they did not use any soap to wash my car! Learned my lesson, stay away from this place. read more

These guys are cheery when everything goes well, but when there is a problem - and other reviewers have noted this, CUSTOMER SERVICE is thrown to the curb. I don't usually write reviews although I was so upset about my overall service I experienced here I could not help but create a YELP and voice my opinion. I don't expect a full detail for 20.00 but when I pay 20.00 for a car wash and interior cleaning I expect you to actually wipe it down so there isn't dirt marks, finger prints, and dust still there like the past 2 times I went there. This specific time I clearly asked the man if I upgraded to the interior wash if they wouldn't rush and actually clean it this time and told him about my experience there the last time. My truck did not look much cleaner then when I brought it in other than the shiny tire and paint. The cup holders were still dirty, dashboard etc. The worst I when I asked the guy for the towel when I noticed and he watched me wipe it down without even asking if he can look and clean it. They rushed through it to finish and didn't even care to listen to feedback. I pulled back around and the guy just looked at me clueless. I end up going across the street to Target to purchase wipes to literally go over my vehicle again myself after spending 18.00 already. Funny thing I received a call back from management who would not allow me to talk to a manager who stated " next time I would ask for a towel more clearly " so the guy would know why I need it. Really? How obvious do I have to be about asking for a towel and wiping it down right in front of him? On top of that they moved everything around in my trunk and literally threw it back in. I will NEVER go back nor do I recommend you give this business your money. It's not about the 18.00 it's about the response and feedback. The people with the positive feedback must be friends and/or family or just blind. I wish I had images to post. If you need a better car wash I know its far and way out of my territory considering I reside in the Rochester area.. Had an oil leak on my 2012 car, which I thought was warranty related, so I took it to the deal to have them check it out. To my surpise they told me the oil filer was leaking.They charged me $76.00 dollars to change the filter and top the engine with oil. A few weeks ago I took my car in for a standard car wash. I have been a customer here for a number of years and have never had a problem. This time, however, the drying mechanism scratched the hood and front bumper of my car causing between $250-500 worth of damage. As soon as I noticed it (the next day), I brought it to the attention of their manager, Sean. He assured me that 'his machines could not do this damage.' I explained that it absolutely had to be 'his' machines, as nothing else had been on the hood of my vehicle since getting the car wash. Regardless, I filled out a claim and both Sean and I took photos of the damage in question. He assured me that I could speak with the owner when she returned from GA. I called and tried to reach her (or anyone else who could assist me) repeatedly and eventually they began screening my calls. When I finally reached Sean from an outside line, he told me that I should hear from their insurance agency in a matter of about a week. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a letter or even acknowledgement of any wrongdoing on their part. I received two different price quotes from reputable collision company's both telling me that from their experience, they have no doubt that the damage on my car is from a car wash mechanism. They also said that in their experience, most 'reputable' company's would want to cover the cost of repairs, so as to keep their loyal customers. I hardly think that ignoring/screening my calls and essentially calling me a liar, is treating their customers with any degree of loyalty. I will NOT be recommending this car wash to anyone and will certainly be spreading the word of their unprofessionalism and less than poor customer service. read more
