Terrible service from Rico. Half baked repairs. Left the tie rods with loose nuts and didn't preform the alignment among other things. Unresponsive and slimy all the way. Add the Rude ownership Richard Stevens to the mix and it was a horrible experience. I would avoid this place at all costs. Midas corporate can't help either. Really sad place. read more

I brought my car in to have a plug put in the tire. They weren't able to do it but the manager was very helpful and direct to me the right way, without buying a brand new tire. Definitely a trustworthy place if they're going to not trying to sell you. read more

These guys are great!!! I won't go anywhere else for work if I can help it, not even other Midas locations. I needed my tire repaired and an oil change in my car which had a locked hood. Avoid this shady uncommunicative business The short story: I was NEVER called about my car & when I went to pick it up I was told I had a balance over $51, despite my husband paying the bill beforehand. My vehicle had an oil leak and I was urged to get it fixed asap, so I dropped it off just after 6pm on Friday 4/30/21. I had left a short note and expected to get a call sometime Saturday morning with an estimate as they open at 8am. I called there at noon, no answer. I called several more times and the same thing happened. The manager (Keith Mapes) must have seen the missed calls and finally called me back saying that the security system people messed up the first line on Thrs, but told my husband (who stopped by because I wasn't getting an answer) that he thought it was strange he wasn't getting calls. My husband paid for the oil filter housing that was needed and told that they would get the part on Mon (apparently it was a "dealership" part). So today, Mon 5/3/21 I expected to get a call that my car was ready... I finally called them after 4pm and was told "he's pulling it out as we speak". I have a receipt for the payment with me and I go to get my keys when I'm told it needed some gasket and I still owe them. I paid it and was VERY vocal about my displeasure and the woman seated waiting tells me that she was quoted $250ish and the bill is now around $800. She was waiting for the manager, Keith to get back. read more

It does not look different than the other places in the area (12 and 75), but I recommend them. They have been straight and fast with us for the three repairs we needed. They do inspections for other trouble spots, but do not hard sell the results. They are straight shooters and I trust them. read more

I took my car in for brake work in December. Pads and rotors were replaced all around. Calipers in the back. Next time I returned was for an oil change and tire rotation. They weren't able to remove my tires to do the rotation this time ... they needed a special tool ... so I left, rotationless. I'm not driving my car much these days, working from home. But after the Midas brake job and then the oil change, my car started making noise at passenger front. Thought it was maybe a worn bearing. I took it to a different shop, since Midas wasn't able to remove my tires for the rotation during the oil change. The other shop discovered the source of the noise: it was the passenger front brake. They noted it wasn't seated correctly, and was a safety concern. They fixed it, cleaned it up, seated it correctly. read more

I finally got my engine light off my car, I took my car to a honest car repair shop & they charged me for 4 oxygen sensors less than $100 dollars instead of the over $1200 dollars I spent at Midas but they told me that the catalytic converter that's on my car is straight up garbage & my car now sounds like a freaking truck now so what they told me is Midas took my good original catalytic converter & put this garbage catalytic converter on, Damn! this crap makes me sick they just going to take my good original catalytic converter & put this garbage catalytic converter on that they just welded together Oh! Midas did I tell thanks for nothing I really hope the better business bureau bust Midas & come with a class action law suit. read more

I knew what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed, they tried telling me I needed a completely new resonator/muffler because they couldn't get a clean weld which would cost $930. I took it somewhere else and got it fixed for $100. read more

This place is a joke. I brought my car in and they couldn't figure out why my car wasn't starting so they said I would need a new engine for $8,000 which wasn't logical since the car is only worth $4,000. Then they demanded we get the car out of their lot immediately after paying for them to check it out. Incredibly rude and inflexible manager, Todd. I wanted to at least try and save the brand new tires on my car and they said they would be able to swap them out with my mother's tires for $140 and when we got there, they said they wouldn't do it. Todd was pretty rude on the phone. He was talking down to me and he was dismissive and treated my mother even worse in person. He definitely needs an attitude adjustment. I don't know what changed at this location as I didn't have any troubles when I had my car brought in for a new alternator but perhaps they were only nice and professional because they were having me make a repair that wasn't really needed. If their treatment of customers is driven by how many dollars you are giving them in that moment, it is very likely that they are unethical in how they bring in those dollar amounts. On top of everything, someone took everything from my car and the manager wouldn't let me review the security camera footage. Definitely will not be back to this place. read more

Being a "typical" female and knowing nothing about cars, I am always scared to take my car to get fixed, as I have no idea if the shop will be unfair to me or truthful. I took my car here in September 2011 as there were several lights on and it was time to face the music. I had a great experience. Frank is the manager and he is wonderful and very friendly, so is the rest of the staff. I believe they fixed what REALLY needed to be fixed for a few hundred dollars and stopped there. Since Keith took over as manager this place has gone from decent to excellent. Our 3 cars used to get serviced at dealerships. We have been going to this Midas location on referral of a friend, and the service has been very good. They are reliable, transparent, honest about what they can do and when I should go to a dealership for a certain issue. The cost was time and again substantially less than at the dealership. I have referred other friends to this location and I have only heard positive comments. I will continue to be happy taking all my cars here for service. read more

It's sad that I have to make this review because everyone who works there is very nice. I dropped my car off on Saturday morning for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I was never called that day... so I decided to make 2 phone calls to them before they closed to get an update and it went to voicemail. They are closed Sunday and Monday is Labor Day so I'm now without a car for 3 full days. I am very upset and I hope someone can reach out to me eventually read more

Great price. Great people! Very friendly and professional. Dakota went the extra mile and helped me out. Not only did he do an awesome job on my exhaust. He fixed a squeak I was having at one of my wheels. Also added a weld at a crack in a pipe leading to the catalytic converter. That would have lead to a serious problem for me, but he fixed it! Tried to charge me $80 for an oil change, never paid that much before and I've had the car 5 years.

These guys are pretty good. I usually do my oil changes here and any maintenance for my car. They have pretty reasonable prices for their products and services and have even helped me out with some gratis auto advice. They even advised me of a repair that was covered under warranty and told me to take to the dealer rather than have it fixed there. I'd recommend these guys for any auto repairs. read more

This placed charged me $160 for an oil change...enough said. Absolutely ridiculous. Granted, I use 0W-40 oil, but you can buy a jug of that at any store for $25. It was a routine oil and filter change and topping off the fluids. Normally it's a max of $50 at a DEALERSHIP. And that's an all-in price. Needless to say, I'm never going back. read more

The manager Bill as well as the rest of the team I spoke with were all very nice. They explained everything very clearly and offered all sorts of advice but weren't pushy in trying to sell me additional unnecessary products.
