Communication has been unclear, and I have had difficulty getting direct answers about the vehicle, pricing, repairs, and financing. In my opinion, the vehicles are priced far above their condition, and the quality of the repair work has raised serious concerns. The most troubling issue is that the dealership is now claiming that my parents cosigned for a vehicle I originally obtained through another dealership, Clean Cut Auto, whose accounts they reportedly took over. My parents state that they never signed or agreed to cosign for my vehicle, yet their wages are allegedly being garnished. We have requested copies of all contracts, signatures, account records, and court documents showing how my parents became legally responsible for this debt. We intend to challenge this matter through the proper legal process. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company. Please carefully review every document, obtain copies before signing anything, and consider having all financing paperwork independently reviewed.
