    Bought used dryer 7/13/2021. Receipt # 033342. $200.00. Quit 10 days later. Called Mr. Hassan…read more Acted like it made him mad. Said he would fix it. Never showed up or returned calls. Finally took dryer back and left it on his parking lot. Have no use for dryer doesn't work. Still haven't heard from him. What really bothers me is that Mr Hassan is a longtime customer of mine. I sell parts related to his business. When I say long time I mean 27 years. I always liked him and thought I knew him but boy was I fooled. Been waiting on parts counter for over 40 years and pretty good judge of people but he really got me. Invoice said 90 day warranty . He hand wrote that on invoice. 90 day warranty. I got 10 days. Don't want anyone else to get burned so PLEASE think twice before buying from him. Hope he enjoys my $ 200.00.

    Terrible! I called them because my fridge had stopped working. The repairman showed up with no…read moretools and wouldn't help me move the fridge away from the wall. He spent awhile poking around behind it and then he said he needed to "think about it," after which he walked out and drove off! Given this, I ended up calling a different repairman (from Tuscaloosa Appliance Repair), who did a much better job. Later, the repairman from Hassan called and told me he ordered a control board for the fridge, but I checked and he ordered the wrong one. I told him this on the phone, and he started yelling that he knew what he was doing and that he'd come by the next day to fix it. When he showed up, I refused to let him in nor to pay him. He left, swearing under his breath. I'll also note that the repairman from Tuscaloosa Appliance Repair said that he had many customers contact him after having problems with Hassan Appliances. Apparently, the Hassan repairman is known for cussing people out and doing shoddy work. Save yourself the aggravation - use another service company!

    DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!…read more I scheduled an appointment, the tech showed up 20 min late. When he arrived, he walked to the house with no tools. I asked him politely "did you not bring any tools?". He turned, walked away and got in his truck and left. I then called their office to let them know what happened. The receptionist said she would have the owners call me. 10 minutes later, the Technician called me and said "here is your courtesy call, go fuck yourself" and hung up. I didn't have time to respond. I called their office back to complain. She said she was still waiting for the owner to call me. 3 hours later, the owners called. She defended her employee by saying he probably took me asking if he had tools, the wrong way. She said she knows he is hot headed, but he does good work. I explained that I missed 3 hours of work dealing with this. That I needed to be compensated for my time and the employee needed to be fired. She said there would be no compensation and they would discuss the situation with the employee. I have since looked at their reviews on Google and other places and there are numerous bad reviews in regards to this employee. His name is Herbert Casey. Don't waste your time with this company!

    We had the Home warranty required repair company address our system three separate times. I was…read moreready to replace an 8 year old unit because it just stayed problematic. The truth is my system is fine we just needed the quality and honesty of JUST RIGHT. Here are the technicians notes: 11/27/23....there were a few issues with the system starting with it was almost out of Freon. Started leak checking and found a substantial leak at the liquid line inside at piston connection. Tightened the connection and stopped that leak. Outside at the condensing unit....all three service ports were leaking and they just needed Shrader valves tightened and real service caps put on. Put brass caps with o-rings on and stop those leaks. Noticed when l first got here there was ice built up around the bottom of the condensing unit as if it doesn't complete a defrost period fully. There is a defrost temp probe attached to the inside of the condensing unit that was mounted in the wrong place on the coil. Could tell it has been replaced before just wasn't put in the right place. I did mount it in its proper location. Inspected evaporator coil and found it very dirty as if the system had run without a filter for some time and collected debris. Washed it clean with coil cleaner and water. Charged system with 5 lbs of R410a refrigerant.....after checking the system in cooling and heating it's working very well now. I don't believe there is any reason to replace this system. It just needed someone to locate these leaks .....clean it up and do a thorough tune-up on it.....l mean....it's only 8 years old. The leak inside the evaporator coil was so obvious that l find it hard to believe anyone has ever looked for a leak. I will stop paying for a worthless home warranty and give this technician a healthy tip for his great work.

I was told by the receptionist that they would be there by 1:00 p.m. I ask it someone could call me if they could not make that time. She assured me either the service rep or the office would call. By 3:00 with no service or call I called the office again to be told the service rep tried to call, I had my cell phone with me all day while I waited, no call. The office lady was very apologetic and polite, but after waiting 8hr. with no call from the company I cancelled the appointment. This company may be I best at working on homes, but leaving someone waiting 8hr. with no outreach from them is rude and unexceptable.
