Make It Now needed to cut several holes in our drywall to run wiring from the electrical panel in the basement and their repair was impeccable. You can't even tell where they cut into the drywall. Had a great experience with Make It Now. We needed a few light fixtures changed out and weren't comfortable doing it ourselves based on how they were installed previously. They did a big electrical upgrade for us a little over a year ago, and not only were they professional, courteous, and responsive, they also offered by far the best price of anyone we contacted. We were so pleased that Cesar could see our issues and do the work with just two days notice! We had issues with our GFI, and he replace our sump pump GFI and one that was buried behind shelving with ones that had audio alarms to indicate when the GFI was triggered (I had never even heard of such a thing, but what a great idea). He also tracked down a buried GFI that had mysteriously turned off very divergent garage outlets and a bathroom fan after we spent a full day trying to find every GFI in the house and make sure they were reset. He changed out switches for us so that we could have a fan timer and a light dimmer switch in the bathroom. He listened carefully to all our concerns, provided same-day service (he left our home and came back within the hour after purchasing the new bathroom fan for us for installation). Both Cesar and his helper were considerate, treated our home with respect (wearing booties inside and covering any work surface with plastic) to ensure they left the job clean and neat. Could not say enough great things about Cesar and Jaime! We had a long list of projects we needed completed, and we kept making changes up until the last minute. They provided great communication via email and phone, and they were very transparent about costs.
