At my most recent appointment, I specifically asked to focus on covering my grays, and she confirmed that we would make sure they were properly addressed. Unfortunately, the service did not fully resolve that concern. (And I paid over $300+) It was difficult to see in the salon lighting, but once I got home a few days later, I noticed quite a few grays still very visible. I reached out to let her know. Since I was in the process of moving, it wasn't feasible for me to come back in right away, but I was hoping we could discuss an alternative solution once I got settled or explore some form of help given I wouldn't have the time to come in right away. Instead, I was sent a link to purchase a gray touch-up stick from the salon. That response was disappointing and, in my opinion, not reflective of a professional resolution to a service concern. Clear consultation, and follow-through are essential in this industry, especially when it comes to gray coverage, which requires intention and attention to detail. If something cannot be fully achieved during an appointment, it should be communicated transparently with realistic expectations and options discussed in advance. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to refine consultation practices and client care. Growth comes from listening and improving, not from becoming defensive, rude, or passive-aggressive. I truly wish her the best and hope she uses this as a learning experience. (And others find this useful if you're looking for gray coverage as part of your service) And btw(after reading the owners response): this was NOT a gray blending service, it was always very clear that I wanted my grays fully covered each time I came in.

He's done a great job. I bought some salon products from him when I was in for my root touchup and hair cut . I returned the products on my next service and told him that I was not happy with them and to just put a credit towards services and he said he would talk to the manager and take care of it.. I called to make another appointment with Terrence and talk to the manager to make sure that I did get credit applied to my account and she said they don't allow returns after 30 days.. I told her I don't go back in 30 days because my service is usually every two months and I felt I've been a good customer. The product was barely used and I should get some type of refund. I told her I would not be back to the salon, even though I enjoyed Terrence that does not allow good service to customers when they have a product that they buy that they do not like on their hair and was not told when I bought the product that I have a 30 day timeline to return it.. Very disappointed with her and this policy, they could easily use the product in their salon no loss to them and I will be telling my friends about this policy that I think is definitely wrong.. I was a business owner for 47 years and service and keeping clients happy was always top priority for me and my business.. hair masters has lost a very good customer for their future business.. PJK

Upon entering for my appointment the two gals that I engaged with were very welcoming. I believe the gal that checked me in was Megan and the other gal I forget her name but she has red hair with cute bangs in a ponytail who was letting me know not to worry about the hour parking in front of the salon. My advice to those new to the salon is to get there early as parking is limited in the front and the ample parking would be across the street or in the residential area. Backstory I met Shawn Babauta at JCPenny as I went in to get a haircut and she mentioned she was moving to Dolce Salon which was the best decision she made as well as for Dolce Salon to add an amazing stylist to their team. Shawn is so talented and the thing I love about Shawn when I first met her was she listened to what my concerns were and what my inspiration was. Also Shawn gives good feedback on styles that compliment your face and how much work a certain style would be for example bangs. That's a plus for me because not many stylists listen or give you that type of feedback.
