I called to help my really good friend find a good salon, since my friend wasn't having much luck (most salons were snobbish and hung up on her regarding perms for long hair). I called and spoke with Kristen, explaining that my friend has not been to a hair salon before and what she was looking for. Kristen was so easy to connect with and answered all my questions, relaying helpful information I passed along to my friend. I got amazing friendly vibes from her so I instantly knew this was the perfect place! My friend went in and they already knew who she was, which gave her so much comfort and relief. She said that everyone she came in contact with was so sweet and caring. She has a consultation with Stephanie, who tested my friend's hair and gave her feedback she found extremely helpful to help her hair repair and when it was best to get a perm. My friend loved how honest, knowledgeable and caring Stephanie was and the time she is willing to take in the future to take care of her, she felt really happy and comfortable with her. I have worn tape ins for years now and never had a problem with them staying in with other tape adhesive stickers however I figured if I'm going to buy JZ hair I'd make sure I do it right and also use the same brand tape stickers. Idk if it was just the batch we bought however I'm not sure I would ever use them again.
