As you can see before and after side by side pictures i walked in as 0 melted hair just some splitends and walked out with not just melted but fried hair she have not apologized or suggested treatment plans when i was in the shop pluse she have not tell me that the hair was extreanly melted till i asked her. when i asked she have told me some has melted so i didnt think big of it but once the process was finished she didnt even asked me if i liked the comeout or if i wanted to look at the back of my hair now she took before photo but not after does this tell yall something ?!!?? ( when we have a consultation about the hair process she have recommded me to add ola plex and suggest me to have couple session to acive the color i wanted so i can prevent any melting and fried hair. She have said that there will be some damages but its not going to melt nor fried my hair so i greed about having little bit of damage. (which is expected when getting a color or bleah),but the result was not even the full balayage not the color,style i wanted it was totally fried and since my hair was extremely melted i have left with so much less hair. Now when i book full service was for $155 when consting she have told me 200~~230 becuse of the fullness of my hair and ended up paying 230 with 3tip so 260~ this was friday i spend 260 and from that afternoon to till now ive spend more to fix this fried hair. Ah and yeah she have given me a partial refund $100 after i had a long talk over the weekend, yes she apologized to me after she told me that its not her fault that how my hair has cameout fried..(before she has said this i was trying to be nice and try understand her side because i know she worked hard on my hair regarless of outcome) Another thing ive given her one card to pay and she have told me they do not take that particular card after running it,so i ened up paying with the different card but both card was charged!!so soon as i notice i have messaged her she still have not replied me back yeah she may be busy but the experience i had with this hairdresser wasnt all that pleasant. All the people in the world has different hair texture color fullness and fragileness and yes she probably tried her best to have my hair look great but the outcome wasn't and i honstly dont think that her respond to all this wasnt professional in my personl opinion. Im not giving 1star towards the xoxochopshop nor the other hairdressers in this shop so do not hesitate to consult with other dressers or even her if shes your pick. Im leaving a review from my personal experience with this particular hairdresser from this salon. Hopfully this could be hepful to her and whoever is considering to have there hair done. On the day of the trial I thought she would come to me, but that was not the case (oh no!). I was able to make it to her studio in time to still have my appointment which did not feel rushed at all despite me being late. She is knowledgeable about skin health and gave me great tips on making my skin look as healthy as possible for the wedding day. I do not usually wear makeup and loved the finished product. My husband on the other hand looked at me like I was a total stranger! The morning of the ceremony (which was VERY early in the morning) I asked her to lighten up the look so my husband could recognize me. She did a great job adjusting to my request. Also she had 3 whole days to figure that out! And let me know!! This was also her appointment to "make it up to me". THEN SHE BLOCKED ME!! I have been nothing but understanding, kind and a loyal customer up until this point even though she's canceled on me multiple times leading up to this.
