Before Phil, we had another "well rated" company that had high turnover and sent someone to come every week instead of the owner himself. This means that the weekly person didn't really care to bring up issues and was not thorough. The owner subcontracted someone to refinish our slide which started peeling a year later and then pawned off responsibility to the subcontractor who ghosted us. At this time, our pool was starting to also look green with black specs. Needless to say, we were paying for subquality work by an owner that didn't care because we never even actually met him. Then comes Phil to the rescue. Not only did he save our pool just in time for our 4th of July pool party, he's been extremely thorough and gave us individualized care.
