Brad and his buddy Tyler are scammers who are beyond rude and dont know how to keep track of their lies! Heres my review for one of Tyler and Brads companies that involves both of them: The most unprofessional (and I don't think it's a legit?) business I have ever dealt with. We had and above ground pool and were rushing to find a tech to service and this company popped up and their main point was that they were ready to get pools ready for 4th of July. They sent a tech out who was kind, but clearly very young. I had asked him to text me when he was on his way and never heard a thing. I had noticed the pool seemed not only dirtier, but I could not smell a hint of chlorine. I asked what was added via text and received unprofessional texts and then the tech showed up a few days later demanding payment and saying he was there to test the water. I asked who his boss was and he gave me a name, so I called the number linked to this yelp page assuming it was him. Nope! I had conversation with Brad who claimed he had no idea who this company was and who the 2 people that showed up were, but referred to them as "two little mexican guys". I sent the video of the tech at our door at 9 am demanding payment and saying he was going to go test the water and asked where I could send some sort of payment for time and energy from the techs who did come out - radio silence. I followed back up yesterday and Brad swore up and down he had no idea who the company was or who came to my home. Suddenly, I mention messages from Tyler. All of a sudden he knows who Tyler is. I asked him his relation to Tyler and silence. I told him others in my area had been visited by them and scammed - water dirtier than before and no chemicals added. I wanted to avoid writing a bad review and as soon as I told him that, he BEGGED me not to write a bad review. Suddenly, he's buddy buddy with Tyler and told him he was going to reach out and tell me what happened. Never got a call. I asked Tyler if this was his only business and he said yes. I found out from someone that this isn't even a legit business and Tyler just hires a bunch of random people to send out to "clean pools". So Tyler was straight out lying! In conclusion: Im 99% sure this company is a legitimate SCAM. Avoid it at all costs and make sure you let everyone you know with a pool, to avoid them as well. Tyler (or Brad) also owns a company that goes by Integrity Pools and 2 Brothers Pool and Spa , so be aware. read more

STAY AWAY! Had a VERY HORRIBLE experience with Brad. We agreed to a monthly price for weekly cleanings. He came to our first scheduled meeting (11/14), poured a bunch of chlorine in the pool and left. He didn't even bother to remove the leaves or scrub the walls. He said he would come back a week later and never showed up (11/20). He said he would show up the following week (11/27)...still no show. He messages me a week later apologizing for the erratic schedule and said regular maintenance would resume on (12/8). Guess what? He still doesn't show up or respond to any of my messages! Extremely poor service. I hired Brad to replace my pool filter, re-build my pump, replace the time clock and pool light. He replaced everything but, the time clock has not worked since he replace it and the pool light is only partly installed. I paid him in advance for all of this work...big mistake. I also paid him to acid wash my pool and paid him the first month for weekly service. He has disappeared. After several text messages it's been radio silence. Four weeks later I was having to manually start and stop my filter and watched my pool, which had just been acid washed, begin to form algae. I have since had to pay another Pool Service company (who is very responsive - Hai Guy Pool Service) to replace the time clock and treat the pool for algae. Brad has also failed to provide the weekly service that I paid him for. All in all, I am out about $400 for services paid for but not provided. If you are looking for pool repairs or service, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. read more

Back in May we were ready to get in back in the pool but it was looking pretty grungy w/ lots of algae and black spots. Our filter was old and inefficient. My Dad didn't want to clean the muck out of the filter one more time! He called 2 Brothers, they came the same day and got started stabilizing our water and hooked us up with a new filter. Please, do not engage in business with Bradley Heisdorf (Brad) dba 2 Brothers Pool and Spa Pros. On September 20, 2022, we agreed with him to purchase and install a new pool heater in our home. He requested a down payment of $2850.00 to purchase the heater. A check was given to him which Brad cashed, took the money, and never came back. After many texts, calls, and letters, we are taking him and his business to court. His business website stated that BBB has reviewed, Vetted, and approved his business. After searching, the company is not recognized by BBB. Also, there is no contractor's license. read more

Was needing a Pool/Spa specialist to replace a noisy pump motor. After talking with Brad from 2 Brothers Pool and Spa Pros and another specialist, decided to go with Brad. Very happy that I did. He replaced the noisy pump motor with new unit at a very reasonable price given the installation was tight and required moving the Spa filter canister out of the way. However, within a few days after installation, we noticed a water leak between the pump and the new motor. He came back hoping that the new seal between the motor and the pump (that he had installed with the new motor) was defective. He changed it again but that still didn't solve the leak. I felt bad because the tight installation is a real bear. But Brad never complained. He then recommended just replacing the 20 year old pump unit with a brand new pump and motor assembly that came with warranty. He gave me full credit for the pump motor I had previously purchased and didn't charge me any additional labor.... which shows his character to stand behind his work. In hindsight, i wish he had recommended just replacing the original 20 year old pump/motor as an assembly in the first place. Yet Brad was trying to save Me money by just replacing the noisy motor. Again, he is a professional with high integrity. Will definitely call him again if I ever need help with my Pool/Spa equipment. read more

I had a very old pool equipment and the piping wasn't working as well when we bought the house few years back. Wanted to update the equipment and automate the system. I received few quotes and decide to work with Brad from 2 Brothers Pool because he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm glad I did. He's been nothing but 10+ for new equipment (heater, variable speed pump, iaqualink system) and getting rid of absolutely nasty green water. He repiped so I didn't get a backflow of water into the pool from jacuzzi. He also hooked up my backwash to the drainage so it didn't flow out all over the ground. Fast forward a month later, I called him because I couldn't keep my pool from turning green and he came the next day to give me the proper chemicals to solve my problem. He has been absolutely very responsive and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make sure your equipment and pool is working properly. He is also very reasonable with his pricing.
