Elsewhere, there were a dozen tables outside where young and old were relaxing in the sun. Some kids were playing whiffle ball, while a tag football game was taking place elsewhere. I wish they had can jam or cornhole but I didn't see it. Inside, others were sitting at the many tables mingling about. A separate area had food for sale and it looked like donuts and other baked goods. I tried the "Jostaberry Jam" (hard cider, semi-sweet, gooseberry & currant) and "SLAM" (hard cider, semi-sweet, Salt, Lime, Apple, Margarita) and both were excellent. They had too many to try and drive home safely. I wish this place was located closer to my house as I would come here every week to try their new stuff. Sadly, it is a 4-hour drive.

I started off with a flight of ciders/beer which were all delicious (I paid $10 for 4 choices). We also all ordered food ranging from lobster Mac n cheese, a vegetarian pasta dish, Caesar salad and arancini. Everyone enjoyed their food and I especially enjoyed their vegetarian pasta dish with garlic butter. This was a special pasta night so the menu was different than usual. The service is different too because there's no servers, you order everything up at the bar but it's huge and the line moves really quick. All n all we had a good time and I look forward to coming back when it's warmer out too.

Look, I'm not some sort of pizza snob. (Unless you ask my wife, or my friends, or anyone at all,…read morereally.) Really though, I like all pizza. I'll eat cold, shitty pizza that's been laying around for hours, and I'll like it. And I like Salvatore's. I've eaten many pizzas from many different Salvatore's locations, and I've never been sad about it. And when we ordered delivery from the Hilton location, I was expecting the same. A solid, upstate pie. And it was. Except they FORGOT THE SAUCE. We checked the receipt. We didn't order a white pizza. We didn't realize we were supposed to specify that we wanted pizza with sauce. But both halves of the pie (pepperoni and plain) just had no sauce on it. I don't know if you've got a kid in the kitchen that's been hitting the ol' wacky tobacky, but you're supposed to put sauce on the pizza. Sauce and cheese are basically the only requirements for pizza, people. For what it's worth, we had a six year old with us who apparently doesn't like sauce, and was ecstatic. It was the greatest pizza she's ever had. Also, the "boneless wings" they've got are excellent...excellent chicken nuggets. And I'm also a connoisseur of chicken nuggets.

That is just Price Gouging, plain and simple! So obviously, they have raised prices during Covid, and never reduced them even though the supposed "supply chain" concerns are over! Shameful...we won't be giving them our business in the future!

Requesting if the outdoor seating is available, the staff happily obliged. We started with a few appetizers which include their lobster bisque, potato skins and crab cakes. The lobster bisque was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to see chunks of lobster meat throughout the soup. The crab cakes were packed with crab and had a crispy exterior and tender interior. Although I personally prefer my crab cakes pan-fried and these were deep fried, I actually found them very enjoyable. As for the potato skins, these were pretty standard and nothing to write home about. For mains, I opted in for one of their Mother's Day specials which was their prime rib. I found this to be incredibly tender. I did however find this to be under-seasoned and 30% of the prime rib to be pure fat, but nevertheless this was tasty. For dessert, I opted in for their vanilla creme brulee which was tasty. The consistency of the custard, I found to not be as smooth as I'm used to, but again nevertheless it was tasty. I have to point out the service and hospitality from Audrey (our Server), and Declan (helper) was impeccable. Audrey was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Both constantly checked up on us and made our experience even better. The atmosphere, along with the great food, and along with the great service, we'll definitely be back.
