Consistently missing turn times for any number of reasons. IT issues, supply issues, the catch-all covid supply problems. None of our other suppliers have these issues. If they didn't product a custom specific product for us I would have taken our business elsewhere in a heartbeat. And their quality is poor as well. Stickers have been coming in with blemishes and sometimes without UV coat. This has been happening for months. Stay away if you can avoid it.

Overall, I had a terrible experience and do not recommend anyone going here if you want good service or help. My first impression was not great as I stood at the front desk for about three minutes even though there were multiple people sitting and staring aimlessly a few feet away. When someone finally came over to help me, the guy said "I'm going to look at these while we talk," and pointed to some mockups that were scattered all over the counter. Um, ok. I proceeded to ask him about printing the aforementioned addresses. He interrupted me and said, "We usually do commercial jobs, but we could maybe do a sample for you." I pulled the sample envelope I brought with me out of my bag, and he immediately asked, "Where did you get these printed?" I told him I got them done online and he criticized them, saying "The printing on here isn't even straight!" This was referring to the return address label that we were able to get printed on our envelopes. Ok, I didn't ask for your feedback on the vendor we used. He then mumbled something and tapped into a calculator saying it would be $80 to address 120 envelopes. No thanks. Terrible service. I'm surprised they can stay in business at all if this is how they treat customers. I haven't written a Yelp review in months, but this merchant was well-deserving of a negative online review.

I already had them designed, but Fedex/Kinkos' card…read morestock wasn't heavy enough (I wanted these things to be postcard style so I don't have to mess with envelopes so I needed some durable card stock). I contacted them via email and on one of their reps, Paul, immediately got back in touch with me. My design wasn't the right size or style, and I wasn't able to modify it. Paul jimmied it for me, even changed up some fonts that were lost. The finished product was exactly as I had intended. He printed out 2 samples. I picked them up. Put him on hold for a week while I got my mom and sister's blessing (oh the politics of being a bride...). He never got pushy with me when I didn't get back to him when I said I would. Put him on hold for another 2 weeks while I wrangled up all my addresses and he was able to print them on one side of the postcard. He even added my Save-the-date logo from the other side to the address side without me even asking - see, little things. I just picked them up today. They look fantastic and cost less than $1.50 a piece.

He was knowledgeable and swift in getting a price quote to me in the same day I called asking for a quote on printing and binding recipe books for me. Other printing companies I had called took DAYS to reply with quotes or passed me through several chains of management to give me a clear answer. Mike knew what he could offer me and in the end, his quote was more than $1 cheaper per book than all the other local businesses I called as well as FedEx/Kinko's. I offered to pick the books up on Monday but Mike insisted he would ship them to me at no cost by the Friday prior to the date I was rushing him for. This was incredibly helpful as the recipe books were intended to support a non-profit foundation campaign at work that will be ending at the end of March. I have never been more impressed by a printing company's personability and efficiency. In the future, I will use ABC Printing not only for all of my printing projects at work but also in my home life. I'm shocked there are no reviews already of this gem!

He actually found a better file version of the print and made sure I knew every detail. His pricing was more than fair! Because I live around Chicago I coordinated a local pickup and David made it simple. I always wanted to get into 3D printing but didn't want to pay the up front expense, deal with user errors, etc. 3D print Chicago eliminates all my concerns and I can enjoy the wonderful creative world of printing with a professional to handle the project. Pictures are just a small sample of the flaws. I needed business cards quickly and my current vendor was unable to print my design in Pantone colors, just CMYK. I reached out to Chris from Dupli-Group and explained my situation and he said he would be able to meet my deadline no problem. I was quoted in email at $345 for 100 cards, which is ~3x more expensive than elsewhere, but I needed them quickly so I didn't see much choice. I was also quoted $10 to get 3 different proofs, which I agreed to. My designer provided proofs with Pantone color #s so that it would be an easy print. Chris agreed to meet in person ~10 mins from his house to show us the samples, but hours before meeting, he called telling us that it would cost an additional $75 for those 3 card samples. When I asked where this fee came from, he said he just found out himself. We met him and pointed out that the samples had fraying around the edges of the cards that looked like they weren't cut cleanly. Chris assured us that it was because it was a sample and that the production run would be on other paper and would not have this issue. We gave him the credit card details for the $85 ($10 proof fee + the $75 mystery fee), and we agreed to the run of 100 cards. Dupli-Group produced the cards the next day and Chris met us on his way home from the office. We gave him a check for $345 and received 100 cards, but we immediately saw several issues that we pointed out in person. The fraying was still there, looking like the cards were sitting in someone's pocket for weeks. Chris said this is because the paper is white before it is printed. Some cards had extra unprinted slop on the edges, and the remainder were not centered properly. Chris said my designer gave it to them that way, so I politely showed him the email my designer sent him with the perfectly centered proof. Chris then said the $85 charge didn't go through. Upon checking, we had given the wrong zip and provided the corrected one. At home, I took photos with digital calipers showing that many cards were cut at an angle, and the rest weren't centered among other issues. Chris said he would get these issues fixed and bring me more so that I would have 100 good cards. He also said the credit card still didn't go through, and although I wasn't sure why, I offered to bring a different credit card when he brings the replacement business cards. We met 2 days later, but the batch he provided was cut even worse with chunks missing from the edges. I asked him to take them back just to show his boss. He took most and admitted that they probably have a problem with the cutting equipment, but then still asked for the remaining $85 payment. I told him to please speak with the owner first, and we can talk or meet again on Monday to resolve the quality issues and remaining payment. Chris later replied that they will waive the $85 fee, but that morning's batch (which he took most of) was the only make-good they were providing and "this matter is over and done." The owner, Wally, finally chimed in, saying I was "fortunate to be working with Chris on this project" and implied I was cheap and they "felt certain I would do the right thing" and pay the $85 fee, which they graciously waived after still failing to provide 100 acceptable cards. There is much more that wouldn't fit in the review, and I only included a couple pictures with personal info redacted, but I am still shocked that a company would rather insult a customer than address literally any of the myriad quality concerns. But hey, at least I paid $345 for a useless stack of card stock.
