Most everything here is priced, but the smaller potted items have signage denoting their prices next to them. Here you will find herbs, veggies, shrubbery, annuals, perennials, and trees. Inside their small greenhouse, you will find bonsai, succulents, and tropical plants. There is also a very large organic seed selection along with all kinds of organic soil amendments. Everything sold here is in near perfect condition and the prices are fairly reasonable. The staff is also knowledgeable and helpful. Informative photos included.

First, I was overcharged by almost $300. I didn't realize it until I was about 30 minutes away. After several phone calls, they agreed to refund the overcharge, but this should have been caught before I left. I was told the price check hadn't been cleared properly. Second, one of the bags of compost I purchased was full of mold and had turned into a mushy, unusable mess. I expect better quality control and more attention at checkout, especially from a business I go out of my way to support. I hope they address these issues because I'd like to continue shopping here.

She's got it all here: propagated starter plants perfect for newbies, bigger statement pieces for indoor and outdoor gardening, succulents, pots, and even cute accessories that make you want to redecorate your patio. It's small, but it has heart. Pricing is a bit of a mystery. Very few plants are labeled, so you just have to trust her when she throws out a price. Everything seemed pretty reasonable and affordable, though. I grabbed plant food, a pot of Cuban oregano, and another medium-sized plant all for $35. I liked the price but I couldn't tell you exactly what each item cost. Personally, I didn't mind, but a little transparency would go a long way. Back to the husband: he's a bit dismissive and he scowls. He doesn't greet customers. But my two cents? Sir...If you don't want to deal with people, maybe hang out somewhere else during business hours. Customers come for the plants and the experience. Not to feel like they're crashing your day. But the nursery itself is adorable, the plants are healthy, the prices are reasonable, and the owner is a delight. There are some ridiculously cute dogs on site (just don't let them sneak out the door when you come in). All in all: a quirky, welcoming local business that deserves support. Was able get some "landscaping theory" about sizes and locations of plants for a yard I planned landscaped in Sun City, then found that Mark actually lived next door to a regular customer in "Old Georgetown" Sputhwestern U" area. Though prices are higher than at HEB or a big box, I continue there for the advice & availability of things like compost and rooting stimulant, and find the crew under Mark's daughter to continue the good advice; and the somewhat higher price but greater variety and knowledge plus my pricing for customers of 1/2 the retail price of their plants bought there make it work out very well for me; and I've just bought my second Sweet Bay for MY OWN yard, recently, when the first, which made great chicken soup, froze during one of the frequent "SnowVid '21," SnowPocalypse '23," deep-freeze events... And bought sage plants for an office building I maintain in West Lake Hills, also...
