He was able to communicate with my insurance company to cover some parts that were not included with the initial insurance quote like the after market bumper. Fender parts that were needing to be replaced came in a set so instead of just replacing the one fender and keeping the rest, he replaced them all so they would match and look like new. I only live like 10 mins from his shop so he gave me a ride to and from my house when I dropped off my jeep and time to pick it up.
