We liked them a lot, but their biggest issues are reliability and communication. I'm never 100% sure they are coming. Jessica is not good about texting back or confirming appointments. Then, a week out, I texted to confirm again. No response again. Finally, when I reached out again and with less than 2 days notice, she responds and says that she had an emergency and went out of town.
