IDK, maybe offer to help the woman to the car...just an idea since it didn't seem to register that it would've been a nice thing for him to do for his customer! The BBQ itself wasn't bad, but it was definitely precut and kept in warmers (this would give a pit master down in TX a myocardial infarction as this is a huge "no no"); the sides were actually really good though.
