I leased my car from here over 5 years ago and had a pleasant enough experience dealing directly with the manager. There was no hard sales, there was no classic negotiation tactics borrowed from Dale Carnegie - was just offered their best and after some thought, I took it. They also included a VIP membership which covered oil changes for the life of the car so long as you kept up with all your service and had them done at this location. At first I thought, this is how they get you: they lure you in with a free cheap service in exchange for committing overpriced, unnecessary maintenance. Over the last 5 years, I've found that this was completely untrue. I've price checked them against multiple mechanics around the city and have almost always found that Roadsport Honda costs the same if not less than others. They also offer deals and discounts throughout the year. I've never felt overly pushed to do any maintenance that wasn't necessary. The one time I did have an issue with service done, a manager contacted me immediately after and made it right. Admittedly, I don't have a lot to compare to, but I'm always pleasantly surprised by how streamlined their experience is, from texting you updates on your service, to being able to pay for your service online for express pick up, they do seem to try to care about the customer experience - which is rare in this city nowadays. Their staff all seem to be pretty friendly as well - also unusual. My only criticism is I wish they were more diligent with the phones (at least for service). I called 4-5 times at various points throughout the week, only one of which was answered and I only got 1 call back days later. Anyway, all-in-all, even though I wasn't planning on buying another Honda in the future, my experience with this dealership alone has made me muuuuuuuchhh more inclined to consider. Service Advisor (Alex Thai) I brought in my 2018 Honda HR-V after multiple warning lights came on and the vehicle started jerking/behaving abnormally, which appears to be related to a known HR-V CVT issue. The service advisor Alex Thai acknowledged there is a CVT-related campaign/software update, but immediately became dismissive and rude. Instead of calmly explaining the process, eligibility, diagnosis fee, or next steps, the conversation turned into comments about how I do not service my vehicle there and therefore I am "not their customer." I found that completely unprofessional. This vehicle was purchased from this dealership, and more importantly, Honda customers should be treated respectfully regardless of where routine service was performed. I fully understand that diagnosis may be required and that warranty/goodwill coverage is ultimately subject to Honda Canada's approval. My issue is with the attitude, tone, and lack of willingness to help. A customer dealing with a possible transmission issue should not be made to feel like a burden for asking reasonable questions about a known Honda campaign. I left the vehicle for diagnosis, but the overall service experience was extremely poor. I would not recommend this service department based on how I was treated.

He was honest from the moment we met him, they didn't charge us for paying cash, they put new brakes on every car they sell and help you tremendously with what you are looking for. Besides tax, we paid what the price of the car was with NO HIDDEN FEES!!!! We told him what we wanted for our family and he was a tremendous help. We were honestly torn between two cars, but went with Shine Auto Toronto because we knew what we were getting. We would rather work with Rabee than anyone else. I've already recommended him to a bunch of people. Please choose Shine Auto, you will not be disappointed.

So he asked again for my VIN from my ownership, I gave him a photo of JUST the VIN # (not sure why you would need my ownership picture when I already sent you my VIN). Sent that through. . . (SAME EXACT VIN NUMBER) I have not heard from this guy (Jake Berman) since... I know it's a weekend and a day but I want my truck gone asap! I don't recommend this place. Sick and tired of Domenic's games - I purchased a 2016 Kia Rio from him in March 2025. There were a…read morefew small details which he assured me would be handled as follows: - Sunroof button was broken, making sunroof inoperable - Driver's heated seat button not functioning - Rear hatchback latch button missing cover - Car was reporting bad exhaust readings He assured me he'd take care of these things and they were "minor, quick fixes". It's now 3.5 months later and it's been nothing but lies. I provided him the exact manufacturer part numbers, even with eBay listings in email twice. He assured me he'd ordered the parts. When I call 1.5 months later, he says they got them, but then lost the parts and asks me to send him the info again, which I did. Another 1.5 months later and he says he asked "his guy" to do it, but obviously he hasn't gotten around to it yet. Just another excuse after excuse. Begins to say anything to get me off the phone. In regards to the Check Engine light - it was an exhaust problem, which was identified within 2 weeks of getting the car. Domenic claimed this was "no problem" and cleared the error. It's since come back consistently, and ultimately culminated in the car completely failing after 3 months. Domenic claims there's nothing he can do, and I should have purchased a warranty, despite this being reported to him within his 21 day "warranty" period. He simply delayed the problem as if I hadn't told him what was wrong before my "warranty" expired with him. After multiple calls and being pushed away, I'm left with a vehicle that was promised to be repaired, yet not a single action was taken. Total Repairs : - Exhaust issue : ~$650 for new spark plugs & coils - Sunroof issue : ~$150 for the part, installed myself - Rear Latch/Heated Seats : Unresolved. I'm left with no other option than to bring this matter to legal council, and write this unfortunate review in hopes that others reconsider purchasing their vehicle through Domenic. If you read other reviews, there seems to be a similar pattern of a bait-and-switch style tactic. When things work out with him, they work - but when they don't, he just delays, hides, and uses excuses. Buying through Domenic is really just a roll of the dice. Do you want to chance it? I'm regretting my choice and I would encourage others to think twice. If only I had seen the many other negative reviews before -- several customers experienced similar issues, but mine was the most extreme case of abuse of trust and power. The business is not even accredited by the BBB and has already complaints left unaswered. On January 11, 2025, I test-drove, and on January 15, I purchased a "Certified" Mazda3 GS from Ken Shaw Toyota (2336 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6N 1K8). The vehicle was delivered with a Safety Standards Certificate (SSC). The salesperson, Manpreet Kaur, reassured me personally that the vehicle was fully certified and safe. I trusted that expertise -- as a newcomer female unfamiliar with the mechanics -- only to discover later that the car was, in fact, sold 'as-is' and unfit with undisclosed mechanical defects. Within weeks, multiple dangerous issues surfaced. An independent inspection (requested by the MTO) confirmed the vehicle was not roadworthy and could not receive a valid SSC. Despite this, the vehicle had been advertised and sold as certified. I attempted to resolve this through all possible agencies OMVIC, MTO, Consumer Protection Ontario, my MPP's office, the Ontario Ombudsman, and legal aid. Despite acting in good faith and even requesting cancellation within 30 days, the dealership used delay tactics, threats, and blame-shifting -- never once offering a safe or legal return option. At one point, they falsely claimed I refused to return the car -- yet never provided a safe or lawful solution. Driving a dangerous, uncertified car was not an option, especially given the findings of the independent garage and the MTO's own request for inspection. Even after all of this, the dealership pressured my bank to reverse a refund request based on proof of misrepresentation. Their lawyer has since sent repeated emails that deflect responsibility and attempt to intimidate me, despite my clear efforts to resolve this through proper channels. I was clear from the start that I was a female newcomer, a first-time buyer, and not a mechanic. I relied entirely on their certification and integrity. Today, I am left unemployed, covering the storage cost of a dangerous car, while they operate without consequences and continue their business as if nothing happened. I am now preparing legal action to seek a full refund and compensation for the damage caused. This experience has been emotionally and financially devastating with no humanity or fairness. I trusted this dealership and was met with unfair treatment and discriminatory disregard for my safety and rights. OMVIC, Consumer Protection Ontario, and other agencies must take action against dealerships that abuse power and mislead vulnerable buyers -- especially newcomers and women. Buyers! He INTERRUPTS almost every sentence you try to explain, shouts at customers, is berating, belligerent, hostile & very aggressive. On Dec-22-21 Ken Shaw Lexus had barely any parts in stock - no windshild wipers in December(?!?), parts for a gasket leaking job, even light bulbs. Given that, i was TRYING to ask Sadam if the mechanic could just tighten or tweak the windshield wipers a tiny bit, and again he freaked out, as described above. Another so called "Service Advisor" Sandy Humphrys kept insisting that Brake Fluid should NEVER be topped up, even a tiny bit, except in the case of a full brake job. Do people at Ken Shaw Lexus know ANYTHING about cars? I was quoted $160 for a Synthetic Oil change. I also requested if they could check for a leak: either Transmission, Brake Fluid, or Oil. Ken Shaw Lexus charged $260 in total, and by the time I got home, noticed they caused FURTHER DAMAGE, and LEAKS ARE WORSE. Pretty Hilarious, although they had NO PARTS, they quoted over $800 for a Gasket job, but the fine print reads this DOES NOT guarantee ANY issues would be fixed, and would want MORE $$$$ to research other fixes. After getting home, I called Sandy Humphrys, telling her the LEAKS ARE WORSE, I was OVER-CHARGED from quotes, the car was INCORRECTLY Diagnosed, they DID NOT DO THE WORK AS REQUESTED, DID NOT HAVE PARTS, conducted SHODDY WORK, CAUSED FURTHER DAMAGE, and guess what, she hung up. Ken Shaw Lexus - LET'S JUST SEE HOW HONEST YOU PURPORT TO BE. Ken Shaw Lexus - YOU CAUSED MORE DAMAGE - YOU OWE ME HALF THE TOTAL - KEEP $130 FOR THE OTHER WORK - REFUND MY CREDIT CARD $130 SO I CAN GET FIXED THE ISSUES YOU CAUSED. UPDATE-1: It's now 7:30am on Thurs Dec 23 - just called Ken Shaw Lexus requesting a partial refund - they said yet ANOTHER manager by the name of Danny Jamal would call back. Will update again later.
