I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. I went to their showroom and although I did not have an appointment, the owner personally showed me around and discussed all the different options I would want to consider. All my questions and concerns were promptly addressed by my coordinator Shawn. All my interactions were positive. Employees like Zach went above and beyond by fixing my pool auto leveler which had some debris in the line. Finally, Barefoot was the only company that had the final 50% payment after the final walkthrough.

After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. He tore it apart and one of the wheels fell off. One of the reasons it wasn't working. He went out and got the part, came back, assembled the robo vac again and it's working fine. He also checked my water and showed me how to operate the timer and emptied out my filter basket. All of this for an extremely reasonable price. I'll be sure to call him again for my pool needs.

It looked worse than before the acid wash. I was told it would need to be emptied and scrubbed. The owner of Ocean Wave spent hours scrubbing my pool and it all came out without draining it!
