When unexpected emergencies happen we are kept in the loop and issues are remedied promptly. Recently a neighboring condo had a snake bust one of our pipes. Luckily, Leo got on it immediately. He contacted the plumbing company who caused the issue and took care of our tenants by making sure there wasn't lingering water damage. We ultimately asked that they not provide our contact information to vendors after being contacted by several vendors to make repairs we had not requested and were not aware of. Their move out procedure is unreasonable. While we did receive 97% of our deposit back, the move out walk through lasted 1hour and 45 minutes and mostly pointed out items to be addressed by the land lord. We were not able to use the trash service our last week of renting due to 805 leasing requiring no trash be left in trash cans. There was a significant amount of instructions about replacing light bulbs and the exorbitant charges you will incur if the light bulbs don't match or are burnt out
