With everything from clothing, tools, gardening stuff, plants, cleaning supplies, paint, and of course pesticides. The aisle I was looking for is called the death aisle. I will only use Benjamin Moore, I can stop into any of Mallory's Benjamin Moore store and everyone knows me and does what ever they can to help get my out the door with what I need ASAP

I found the local store (since apparently Home Depot doesn't carry this brand). The clerk was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to get a sample of the color to ensure it was what I wanted. I was informed that they were "out" of samples, but that I could buy the full can and if I didn't like I could come in and exchange it. Kinda sounds like a scam, I still had to pay for a full gallon as opposed to a small sample.

I asked one of the 6 people heading to the break room if they could help me with my issue and they either ignored me or said they can't and shrugged and continued on their way.

The Landing Lowe's makes me really appreciate having lots of Lowe's and Home Depots in the Seattle…read moreMetro area. I will often go to the Issaquah Lowe's if I need to do something that requires talking to a person. Their staff is ample and friendly and knowledgeable where here at the landing (which is way closer to me than Issaquah) it is hard to find someone and when you do you need to badger them to help you. Also they require you to BUY WOOD before they will cut it to size for you. What's the deal with that? I have to lug a bunch of plywood to the front of the store for you to then cut it to size for me after I lug it back to the cutting station at the opposite end of the store from where the checkout counter is. That's crazy. Don't do that, I don't do anything lumber related that isn't just buying 2x4's from Renton Lowe's anymore. Any Home Depot & Issaquah Lowe's are getting all of my business that requires more than just my own hands and the self checkout. People that I do interact with when I'm walking in or doing the self checkout are pleasant. And there's a guy there that works behind the paint desk, and he's very nice. Oh and they have good bathrooms. Very convenient because sizzle dog is right there and sometimes during lunch ya gotta run in to make a quick deposit mid hotdog ya know.

A few years ago, I came to purchase the famous Seasalt color to freshen up our room, I remember being impressed with the knowledge that the staff provided here. And patiently answering my questions regarding the pricing difference between the actual store and Lowe's (which also carry Sherwin-Williams paint). Josue and his coworker (forgot his name) was very friendly, personable and helpful. After picking out the color, they were able to get it mixed with the quickness. Not to mention, we were provided with a discount for the paint. How awesome is that?! Definitely a true definition of great customer service, truly a hidden gem in Renton. The color came out great!
