Since the pandemic and paint shortage, a lot of the paint bases I wanted were either not produced or sold out, but Kyle kept me as a customer because he helps find alternatives and gives great deals. Once I had a gallon, from another SW store, that seemed defective after drying. Even though I used over half of the gallon, Kyle looked at it carefully with me and gave me a replacement gallon. That is a manager that truly cares about his customers!

Came in here to get paint samples for my builder who stated they only use Rodda. Visited a couple…read moreof times. The different employees were helpful and one went out of his way to look up the paint colors the builder had used before because he told me he used a specific one that they didn't sell anymore. The employee looked to see if it was a special color they made for him.

Staff actually know where things are, the aisles are organized like someone cares, and you don't spend half your visit wandering around hoping to find a single employee. The variety is impressive for a store this size, especially in the garden and home‑repair sections. It's the kind of place where you walk in for one item and walk out with five because you suddenly remembered three projects you've been putting off. Prices are fair, the store is clean, and the checkout lines move quickly. It's big, it's well‑stocked, and it's refreshingly competent.

Come to find out they didn't have the exact gallon of paint I needed. So I ended up having to drive all the way to Burien. The Tukwila store needs to get their act together! All the shelves were bare and empty. And they need to hire more help or something! This is why I will not buy or use Sherwin-Williams paint!!!! I will only use Benjamin Moore, I can stop into any of Mallory's Benjamin Moore store and everyone knows me and does what ever they can to help get my out the door with what I need ASAP

I wanted to get a sample of the color to ensure it was what I wanted. I was informed that they were "out" of samples, but that I could buy the full can and if I didn't like I could come in and exchange it. Kinda sounds like a scam, I still had to pay for a full gallon as opposed to a small sample.
