All but one sales staff were helpful. When I asked, they had assured me they calibrated their paint mixer regularly. About a week later, we went back for more paint then found out after the fact the second order of paint color had gotten lighter. Not happy! Sherwin Williams sells good paint, but their sales staff is not to be trusted with what they tell you when they are sales driven. Do your research and be adamant with what you expect from Sherwin-Williams.

They had all my past purchases and was able to mix some samples to compare with at home. I would like to thank Sarah Young who did most of the color matching and spent quite a bit of time making sure it was right. I would also like to than Jonathan Van Halder and Arion Cain for their excellent customer service. They were very friendly and wanted to insure my satisfaction. Let me start this story- went in on a Tuesday early evening found a pink color I liked, grabbed a sample- the little lady who helps was the only one who doesn't deserve a half . Called the next morning to order my paint (cause the color was DELISH)- like at 9:00am. Was told it MIGHT be ready by EOB but they needed 24 hours. I called at EOB a big NOPE ..." it may be ready tomorrow am..." ok. Told me they would call. NOPE. So I called - it's Thursday at 5:10pm. "Oh yeah, it's ready..." Came to get it, and made me wait and wait and wait. Like seriously, WTF. Exactly how long should this really take?! Ugg. I realize that everywhere is short-staffed, I totally do get this, BUT for the staff that is working, answering phones, and generally being in customer service- you might try being a little, just a *smidge* better in the customer service department. Next time, I'm bringing my paint chip somewhere else and having it matched.... High quality products be damned...my time is worth it.

Price was excellent and although this store did not have sufficient stock, they brought in the balance the next day and we had on-time delivery to our home. This time I visited with my contractor to select new large format polished tile for our new shower remodel. Finding the tile was difficult only because of the large variety of choices! I had some issues with finding the flooring tile for the shower; however, Jaimee walked the two of us through the options and showed us the massive wall of selections that would provide us with the match or contrast options and the many shape options, too. It was as if she not only knew everything about my concerns (which she did), but she provided suggestions and answered all my questions showing her knowledge and experience and did it all with professionalism and courtesy - attributes not always found in retail establishments these days.
