And hour and a half later, he showed up. Very courteous and professional he got to work right away. Replaced some of the parts we had "fixed" with better parts without saying anything. He worked for about an hour, checked the system and verified that it was not still leaking and gave us a bio for exactly what he said it would be. Only three days in but no more problems and the fix looked very good quality. Highly recommend this company. The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.

I was at work, my sons were there, Mr Duckett agreed to come on Sunday or Monday to collect payment. He was to call first. He showed up early Sunday, no phone call. My son gave him half in cash and needed to go to the ATM. Mr Duckett said he would come back. He called the next day, early morning, I was no home. 17 phone calls in one morning. 3 days of playing phone tag with him I thought he showed up for payment, no more calls. I found out 4 days later he attempted to put a lien on my home for $70. He hadn't come back by. He contacted the home owners we're lease purchasing from. Quoted them $300 and said I hadn't paid and he was going to file a lien. The home owner is a licensed plumber and electrician. He agreed to pay $150. I had no clue he contacted them until 3 days later. They were furious he failed to tell them I had already paid half. Attempted to contact Ducketts several times to resolve the issue. After several attempts he finally called back, yelling and cussing, threatening to file harassment charges for "bothering" him. I asked why he overcharged my landlords and failed to mention I had paid half. He said "did you hand me the payment?" I said "I was at work, my husband have it to you". His response was " I don't know nothing about that" then hung up on me. Attempted to talk to him 2 more times, hid wife got on the phone and started cussing me out. Highly unprofessional, mediocre work, and very dishonest!
