We "won" a free photo shoot with our pets from Instagram and were contacted pretty soon after I submitted. It was a $200 deposit plus $100 pet cleaning deposit, and the free photo is 11x14 (so a little bigger than a sheet of paper). The photographer was great, very patient, and provided helpful direction. We then reviewed our photos with the art director, who did a great job showing us the photos to find the best ones. Don't get married to the photos because you really only will get one despite having so many taken (unless you opt to pay for the digitals). We ended up upgrading to the 20", which is the next size up, no frame, no digitals, which was around $1,000 ($700 paid that day plus the $300 deposit was applied to it). It is expensive as others have said, but I felt the website does a good job providing that information. We were also given a breakdown of the pricing so that we could make an informed decision, which I greatly appreciated. We were also gifted two digitals (one that would be framed and one of just the pets)- on their invoice, it says their digitals are normally $200 per photo (although we were offered a discounted package for 8 digitals for $600, which we declined). Hopefully this helps folks with planning the financial aspect. We didn't feel pressured by the art director, and I would've felt confident that I could've left with the 11x14 free print and would've received the deposit back. Like many others, we had "won" a Private Portrait Experience for our pet (a $200 value) that supposedly included a complimentary 14" fine art portrait (a $1000 value). The session itself was nice enough, and the portrait turned out great -- that's the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. However, after the photos were taken, we were led into a slideshow presentation showing different print sizes, finishes, and upgrade options -- all expensive upsells. The "complimentary" 14" print that was part of the offer wasn't even mentioned or offered. The whole thing felt very timeshare-like and sketchy. It honestly felt like a tactic just to get us in the door and pressure us into spending thousands more. The experience was misleading and uncomfortable. I was the victim of a classic bait‑and‑switch scheme. I was lured in under the impression that I had "won" a contest and would be receiving a "prize." Once I arrived, the pressure tactics began immediately, and I was pushed into an extremely expensive purchase that I neither wanted nor needed. The situation was chaotic -- my 12‑year‑old son was hungry and repeatedly asking when we could leave, and my puppy kept trying to get out of the room. I was distracted, overwhelmed, and not in a position to make a clear decision. A few hours after leaving, I realized I had nowhere in my home to even hang the item. I reached out that same evening to cancel. Less than 12 hours later, I contacted them again, explaining that I could not afford the purchase. And guess where it shipped from, 8 months later: Photolox LTD T/A Loxley Color... a simple Google search showed me that is a printing service. Mallory Portraits is upcharging products from a 3rd party printer and calling it "Fine Art". You want this review removed? I want a full refund. You all like to respond to every review I put, and even manipulated me into changing my first review. How is this for some truth? The scam grows by the day! Charging THOUSANDS to customers for use of a printing service is extortion. Oh, and the "upgrade for all of my trouble" to a 20" portrait, did not occur either. I feel it's necessary to share my thoughts and recent experience about Mallory's Portraits to prevent another person from making the mistake that I made. It is long, but worth your attention if you want to prevent unnecessary stress on your pets, and value your time/money. The advertisement to apply for a "free session" of portraits turned out to be a bait and switch set up, where I left feeling confused, upset, and unsatisfied. The experience was underwhelming and frustrating. I drove over 50 minutes to this apt, arrived 15 minutes early, and was directed not to come inside until exactly 5 minutes before my scheduled 4:30 apt. They then had the audacity to take me in 15 minutes LATE. The photographer was remarkably unhelpful. The session lacked any sort of guidance and direction. She gave a subpar effort in capturing a quality shot of my cats together, did not appear interested at all to work with us, and left me feeling like we were just a nuisance to her. Overall this portion of the visit felt rushed, disorganized, and I felt as if my time was of no value. I was then sent back to wait what felt like an hour as the portrait options were developed. Upon seeing them, I was told that no "good" photos of the 2 cats together were taken, so instead they showed me a 5 -10 second long slide show of individual unedited pictures. The kicker? I wasn't going to get the 14" print unless I chose between my two cats - rather they said I could purchase 2 individuals. They wouldn't even photoshop them together into one picture. The whole thing was framed in a way as if I was purchasing a package and the free portrait wasn't even a thought. I was BAFFLED, stunned, and speechless at the suggestion of a $5,000 package. They continued into a lengthy sales pitch where they implied rather than getting my $300 deposit back they could roll it in to a purchase, provide me "discounts" and I could spend $1,000. There were multiple packages, prices, and discounts thrown at me, all which felt intentionally confusing and unclear of what exactly I'd be paying for. I chose not to purchase anything, and refused to choose between my two cats for the 14" print. I would rather have nothing than only one of them but I could not justify spending thousands when I was under the impression this was free. On top of that, the pictures I was shown of them were really nothing to write home about. I was heartbroken to think I had stressed them out all for nothing. As I sat there in tears, feeling like a fool, the woman said they don't do this but decided to provide me with 2 unedited, 7" prints as my gift instead. Not even allowing to crop one of the photos to match the other. Which leaves me believing this was all about money, not quality photos or pieces that you're in love with. I left this money-grab scam feeling disheartened, and obliged to warn future potential participants. BUYER BEWARE. Do not waste your time. read more

When we arrived for the shoot, the session was fine and the photographer was friendly. I won a silent auction for a "2-hour portrait session" with Mallory Portraits in Portsmouth, NH, which included a 14-inch realism photo and a hotel stay--advertised as a $2,000 value. I paid $500 for the auction item, expecting a high-end photography experience. When I went to book, I was required to put down a $300 deposit, which I understood for cancellation reasons. After coordinating 20 family members, planning outfits, and investing additional money to ensure a great session, I was shocked by what happened next. The actual photography lasted only one hour, with my large family feeling rushed and squeezed into a quick shoot. The second hour was nothing but a high-pressure sales pitch. I was never given the option for digital images--unless I paid an additional $5,000! The only way to receive digitals was to upgrade to a larger 17-inch print, at a total cost of over $7,000 (including the auction price and deposit). I was selected for the senior dog animalia shoot. My dog was not doing well, they got me in for a quick appointment. I came from CT. They were incredibly professional, kind talented. I knew going in I probably would end up spending my deposit. I should have definitely looked more into it because the packages are astronomical. I never felt pressured. It's a fine art gallery and had I looked more into it I would have had a better understanding of what they were expecting. I kindly declined the 4 and 5 figure packages and she worked with me until I had a package I felt comfortable with. It was such an incredible experience. The ladies are so sweet. My other dog was invited but had a panic attack and wasn't able to be in the pic. They were soothing her as I was helping shoot with my other dog. Unlike other reviews, I didn't feel pressured at all, and I selected the free 14" portrait that came with being selected. My deposit was refunded within 2 days. From looking at the yelp reviews before my appointment I was very concerned that the "senior pet portrait" that I "won" was a scam from reading others comments but I really want to set the record straight. I had an amazing experience and my dog Annie did not do well at all with the camera flashes and clicking noise. It was just too much for her and she became very reactive to Mallory and the camera. After only a few minutes I decided to stop the session as Annie was becoming too stressed with all of the stimuli. However, Mallory was very sweet and accommodating. They are using the pet portrait give away to get you in to sell you some beautiful but yes very expensive portraits (but very high quality, yes!) If you are the type of person to spend a thousand dollars on portraits for your furry family member than this place is 100% for you they were amazing! I did get my free portrait that was printed on a lifetime canvas delivered to my home for free. So was the experience a scam? No! Do they kind of lure you in expecting you to buy a very hefty portrait package? Also yes. We won a pet portrait session through social media. They were very communicative once we were selected, and we were able to pick a time slot that worked for us from several they offered. At arrival their suite was set up nicely to keep dogs separate (via gates) so they can host several sessions back to back. The photo session itself we had Bryce as our photographer and she was AMAZING! She is great with animals and was so patient with our rambunctious two goldens who were very excited to be there. My only suggestion would be to keep the heat level lower during the pet photo shoots. Our dogs were excited (as expected) but the heat was high and even I was sweating. This meant that our dogs had their tongues out in almost every photo because they were so hot. - it would have been nice to have more shots with their tongues not hanging out so far. After the photo shoot we waited for a short time in a nice space where we were offered water and ability to take our dogs outside if needed. Once the raw images were narrowed down by the photographer we were led into the office where they presented to us the process in terms of purchasing the artwork and then proceeded to show us the raw images and let us narrow down to our favorite(s). As I said we won a session so we had a "credit" which equated to a 14" portrait print. There was a sales pitch (but they are a business, so this was to be expected), nothing too pushy. Packages were offered. We ultimately chose to do just the 14" portrait and to get our deposit back. (You are required to give a $300 deposit for the pet session to cover their time if you don't show as well as any potential damage from your pet - this is FULLY refundable as long as you show up to your session). The pricing is a bit high, but they are a high-end portrait studio - and their website is very transparent about pricing. - My one comment would be when we were offered the packages, because we were there with a "certificate" from winning they said they could knock the price down from $10k to $1200-$1500 depending on the options along with a 20" portrait. To me this is a HUGE discount which does indicate a large markup in the first place. Again they are a business and whatever model works for them is great, but it made me less apt to purchase more art knowing their markup was so drastic. Also the digital images (which they state they are not known for, they specialize in hanging art) are available a la cart, but the pricing is extreme ($500 per digital image if purchased a la cart) - I know someone has to edit the photo and the computer programs cost money but $500 for one digital image is extravagant. Overall we had a good experience, the quality of the photography was fantastic and I can't wait to receive our print. I would just say unless you have a certificate or are planning to spend 4-5 figures then this isn't for you. read more

She was so patient with my pup who was a little nervous at first. But by the end she was posing like a champ! The final results were amazing. The process was super easy. Mallory Portraits, Portsmouth NH I was looking to have professional pictures taken of our young family last fall and saw an ad for Mallory portraits on Facebook, to win a free photo shoot. I contacted by the studio September 2023, being notified that my name was selected and we had won. I paid a 200 dollar deposit up front and was told it would be refunded once we completed the shoot. We scheduled the session for which 11/30/23. We have two small toddlers, so getting them prepped after driving over an hour to the studio and then coaxing them into taking pictures was not the easiest thing (as expected with a 2 and 4 year old :)) After the session, we were told that normal procedure was to review the photos with the art director, that same day. Unfortunately the director was out the day of our session, so a zoom call was scheduled later that week to review the images. We had to cancel the call however because one of our kids was sick. Since that time, I have called to reschedule, follow up over 15 times, left multiple voicemails (as it's rare for someone to pick up the phone) sent multiple emails and have heard nothing back. 3 weeks ago I called again, but this time when selecting my reason for calling I clicked option 2, which is the extension for individuals trying to book a new session rather than option 1 which is for those following up about an already completed session To my surprise someone finally answered! I was told-the director was going to be notified immediately of the situation and we should expect to hear back in the next 24 hours. Obviously this never happened. We were so excited to see our family picture, but it seems that is unlikely at this point. To make things even more frustrating, I am out 200 dollars. It's funny, when we were scheduling the shoot, I was contacted excessively by the group, via phone, email and even had letters sent to our house...but know, it's essentially impossible to get any response. I would drive to the studio but as I said it's over an hour away in Portsmouth NH and with my busy work schedule and having little kids, I have little time to spend any more energy on this. I was contacted by the studio and told that I would need to put down a hold fee of $250 with a promise of it being refunded. I gave them my card info...but then afterwards, read all the reviews (my own fault), and according to the terms of the contest, I couldn't receive that payment back. Yes you have to make an appointment and yes you have to pay a deposit which is refundable. This insures your spot is held and you don't waste the business time. Did they show me a digital slide show of her pictures so i could choose my favorites? Yep! Was i offered different size portraits, finishes and packages? Yes, Ultimately, this IS a business. Did I HAVE to buy anything? No, I chose to. Just like when my kids were small and i purchased the school picture package, lol. Yes, i paid a fee of $200.00 for the session and $100.00 for damage. They were applied to my package as the down payment. The "free" portrait value was applied to my package. I ordered a 24" framed print, got two 11 by 14 and 10 digital photos as well that I can do anything I want with . Was it expensive? Sure. Would i do it again? Yes. Think it's important to provide my personal experience with Mallory Portraits. When my husband shared the vague details about how he "won a free portrait session" my antenna immediately went up. I asked initial questions but overall trusted the process. I did not look into Mallory Portraits myself. When we arrived, I immediately was skeptical. The photographer and assistant were kind and professional; however, the setup was lengthy and forced. We were then taken to your back room to review images after almost 2.5 hours. Having a baby and 2 dogs for that time was stressful. I repeatedly declined print requests and made it very clear I wanted to leave, but was assured there were more photos to review. My husband ended up purchasing a rather small print for an extremely high price. I was unhappy with the entire evening but tried to forget about it. Until recently. A local mom posted on a Facebook page asking about the studio. She had experienced the exact same thing I had. In fact, many others had as well. Mallory Portraits has more than a few BBB complaints over the last 12 months, multiple poor Yelp reviews, Facebook reviews, Complaint Board reviews, etc. Again, they all say nearly the same thing: families were offered a free photography session, provided a deposit, had their photography session, and then were strong armed into purchasing goods at a high price. People felt uncomfortable, trapped, pressured, dissatisfied, and/or generally put off by the sell. I was also one of those people. I attempted to cancel the order but was met with the "terms and conditions" line. "Winning" Feeling pretty cruddy after our visit yesterday. Getting sales hustled gives me anxiety and I sell for a living! It made my head hurt. My children started screaming (fun was long over) and my mother-in-law had to take them out of the room while I heard 20 plus price negotiations. This was such a scam and highly recommend people read ALL of the negative reviews before pursuing the contest they "won" via social media because it will not at all meet expectations or align with what they communicate to you beforehand. While I appreciate the effort and artistry behind the work, I want to provide feedback and express my concerns about the session and how it was marketed to me and others seem to have had similar experiences and communications. When I received the promotional email stating I had won a complimentary session with a $1,000 credit, I was led to believe this was a no-obligation opportunity. The email clearly stated there was "no catch," which heavily influenced my decision to participate. Furthermore, during a conversation with a representative prior to booking the session, I was under the impression that we would receive more value from the credit and that our photos would be used for promotional and content purposes. However, the experience did not align with these expectations. After the session starting over 30 minutes late and being told we would wait 15 minutes after the session to view our gallery, the actual wait time was closer to 40 minutes. Then, we were presented with pricing options that had not been disclosed beforehand and did not reflect the spirit of the promotion. The $1,000 credit was limited to a single print or could be applied toward a package (ALL packages are thousands of dollars and they will recommend payment plans). After expressing confusion and disappointment, we were ultimately provided only TWO digital images in exchange for my $300 refundable deposit. This was disheartening, as it essentially meant I paid $300 for just TWO digital images, not even the full gallery which was only about 18 photos. The additional pricing for the full digital gallery and canvases far exceeded anything communicated prior to the session, the prints were thousands of dollars and the digital gallery was as well. This experience, combined with the lack of transparency, had left me feeling frustrated and misled. The initial email also stated this would be a 2 hour session but it started late and was shorter than 2 hours. After we left the full session, I provided my feedback and requested the full digital gallery via email at no addition cost (also mentioned I didn't even need them to be edited), as I felt this was a fair resolution given how this was initially presented to us and would align with the trustworthiness and professionalism I expected from a company of this caliber. But no, no apology was received, no gallery, absolutely nothing was exchange. I am glad I finally received my two images and I never have to deal with this company again and I hope this review helps potential clients as they look into booking a session. read more

tl;dr Not free "FREE" Portraits I've been wanting to get professional photos of my partner and I for a long time. Was scrolling through Instagram and got an ad for a "free photo shoot with pets". Figured what the hell, might as well try, since I was already thinking about it. Submitted through Instagram, answered 3 questions and that was it. Well we won, and got scheduled for our photo shoot. The day of the shoot we drove 2 hours in a white out snow storm to get to the studio, called ahead of time to see if they would even still be open due to the weather. We were met with a confused woman saying "well yeah of course we'll be open?" even though there were travel advisories throughout the North East. When we got there, the only person in the studio was the photographer because lo and behold no one else could manage to drive out. This will be relevant shortly. The actual photo shoot was fine, the photographer did her best, privacy was good, and she handled our dog being spooked by the lights repeatedly very well. Poses were a little awkward to hold, but over the in studio experience was fine. We were told it would have to be shorter than normal because we were late (by 10 minutes) due to the storm, even though there were NO other people in the studio. Felt a little silly, but I wasn't going to argue at the time, she was abiding by policies she likely didn't set. Once the photo shoot was over we couldn't review our photos because the creative director wasn't in due to the storm, so they scheduled us via Zoom for reviews later. At the time I wasn't bothered by this because the weather was bad and it made sense since no one else was is. However, because my partner is in the military, getting a time to align with their VERY limited scheduled vs hers was impossible. I ended up asking to reschedule and they didn't respond for over a week and then pushed our review back over a month. In addition to the lack of responses the email etiquette from Dave was terse and inflexible. It took two full months before we even got to look at our photos. I wanted to reschedule a second time due to conflicting schedules again with the military, but decided to bite my tongue and move on since last time it took so long to get a response and pushed us back two months. This resulted in me attending the review alone, with my partner popping in between shifts for about 15 minutes. I had really wanted her opinion on what we chose, so this was frustrating. In the actual review the woman was kind and not too pushy, but as a number of other reviews mentioned I was jaw dropped at pricing which she started at $6k. I had assumed that my voucher for the "free photo shoot" and $300 down payment would cover a print and all the digitals. Turns out they "specialize in prints" and that buying a single digital print would cost $500/photo. Absolutely not, we are a young couple in the military, the $300 was already all I was hoping to spend on this. She tried to sell us more, pushing payment plans, but I said no, I want what I got for free and no more. Ended up with a single print and a single digital for $300 total. Absolutely obscene. Once again, the employee was kind, but the business model was absolutely a bait and switch. If you have to offer payment plans for your non-essential services you are basically admitting people need to go into debt to afford your work, which means you might be over priced. Just a recommendation for the owner. Second, if all of your reviews are from your free give aways, it is clear you can't bring people into your studio without tricking them into being here and you're relying on people being kind and compliant in order to get their money. Disgusting. I will be writing to the BBB and informing them of the obscured pricing, bait and switch tactics, and more. The photographer and her assistant were absolutely lovely, they were efficient, their direction was clear, and the results were beautiful. The problem came after when we were taken into the back room to review our photos. We were unable to request a digital gallery and we were unable to request standard prints. They only offer extremely high end portraits in unrealistically large sizes that were WAY outside of our price range. If you are looking to spend upwards of $2,000 on a single portrait, this is the studio for you. I am sure the quality would be excellent. I was browsing the internet for photographers at the end of November because I was looking for a professional photographer to have some Holiday photos of my son taken. I somehow came across Mallory Studios and LOVED her fairy portraits. I noticed the studio was offering a giveaway & decided to enter. Immediately after my entry was submitted- I noticed the gallery was in NH - but I shrugged my shoulders, not thinking I would every win. But a week later I received a text message stating that I had won a 20" realism portrait (valued at $2300), a 1 hr photo session, and a one night stay at the AC Marriott (brand new hotel in downtown NH) from entering the online contest- all we had to do was put down a $300 deposit which would be refunded upon arrival & select a date! Everyone kept telling me it was a gimmick but it honestly WAS NOT. Of course they WANT you to spend $$$ but there is NO OBLIGATION to do so!!! So after winning I only had 7 days to schedule the photo shoot and put the $300 down. I chose the first weekend of December and 2 days before our scheduled trip l got a call saying they had to reschedule due to someone in the studio having COVID. Understandable, but whatever the case- it was extremely disappointing & frustrating at the very least because of all the money we spent "preparing" for the portraits. We had to have many things expedited such as outfits & had hair cuts, manicures, pedicure's, eyelash fill's. It basically cost us hundreds of dollars to have everything "ready" for that weekend, so the following weekend- the magic sort of disappeared for us, but we still wanted to attend!However things happen out of our control & there was nothing we could do! When we arrived we were really impressed with the swanky downtown studio. It was very beautiful & the portraits on the walls were gorgeous! Mallory was immediately ready to begin the shoot! She was great & very professional with all 3 of us! But I would say she specializes in "family" style portraits- very basic. No props- no improv- no special backgrounds- just the bare minimum but that is her style & there's nothing wrong with it & she does it really well! At the end of the shoot- she said to wait & she would go over the photo's. It was actually a young gentleman who went over everything & showed us the photos. He was also very friendly, professional, down to earth & understanding. But when he showed us the "family portraits"- I hated them. I just didn't like the way I looked in them. The ones of my son- were beautiful. I did not realize this until after we left but we were only shown the "family portraits" & portraits of Frankie, while we had taken several photos of Frankie & Mom & Frankie & Dad- none of those were shown to us- a bit disappointing. So when the young man went over things specifically prices our jaws DROPPED. They want $3700-$1600 for photographs. However he was very informative regarding the prices & why they are so high- they are considered "fine art" and for several different factors- I don't remember them all but I know the 20" portrait we won was valued at $2300 because of the realism which is hand painted & edited I believe & they have the Mona Lisa effect- which is pretty amazing! They were beautiful but nothing in our price range. Nothing affordable at all! The gentleman was super helpful & tried to assist us in the whole process. He was nice enough to offer us 1 DIGITAL print (of a family portrait) but for the very steep price of $300. So all in all we still got a beautiful portrait of our son & we did get to spend the weekend in downtown NH - at a beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the whole process but I do wish things went a bit differently! However if you do have that kind of money to spend on a single picture I would say you should definitely check this place out. I wanted to rate 5 stars but I am rating a solid 4.5 stars due to the scheduling inconvenience & the excessive price point- they should offer SOMETHING more affordable but then again it's their business & they can set the price point at whatever they prefer! if I could give less than one star I would. This is a horrible SCAM. They get you in the door with the "free" photo and manipulative wording. They use your kids to their advantage and get you to the point that if you only take the free photo it is a giant wast of your time and your kids time. I went in for a pet portrait session after I found them on Facebook doing a pet portrait giveaway. We had a great time! They are very professional and do incredible work with families and dogs. The quality portraits are amazing and photographer Anna really captured my dogs personality even when he was nervous and pacing. Thank you for an amazing session. read more

I won a free photoshoot and was very excited about this. Don't be conned by this. If you think you'll just have to listen to a simple sales pitch, then you're wrong. It is much worse than that! The website misled me. I should have known when I called to book the photoshoot because the call was short and rude, and there was no time for questions. After waiting a long time, the photo shoot was 5 minutes long. Then we waited again. Then we got the horrible sales pitch where the woman told me I would regret not buying a portrait when my son was long gone. It was painful. The guilt trip was cruel. She kept pressing, even when I said "no" several times. And I don't even hang photos on our walls. I don't like to. I just wanted the digital copy for my album (8x11in). She kept changing the price of the digital copy and the rest. Eventually, I was conned into it and asked what the resolution would be, and she lied about that as well. When I received it, the resolution was incredibly low, and I couldn't put it in our photo album. They were supposed to send me a small print - also a lie. Honestly, I walked away feeling conned and sad for my son. The comments about him being "gone" were mean. Also, they kept calling him a "she." Seriously. Stop. I told them multiple times. Oh, and the free gift/toy he was supposed to get doesn't exist. read more

It's a scam from the beginning. You win some free thing, but you are still expected to pay insanely high amounts later on for only a few mediocre photos. For 3 photos, without some discounts, the price was $16,000. The price is far too high for the quality, and the woman pressures you until she gets what she wants. I brought my family in for a "free" session that we won after we bought a new car. Obviously we paid too much for it and we got a gift certificate for this family portrait. We were skeptical, but we were so pleasantly surprised. Their photo studio is lovely, the staff was warm, sweet and really made us all feel so comfortable. We definitely felt underdressed, but we were assured that we should want to have pictures that really captured who were really are. The photography was fun, they got my kids to finally look happy being together! . They brought us into a sales room and we got to see our images right away. It's definitely on the higher price side, but our portrait finally came this week and it's perfect! They did a great job! We will be back in a few years as the family grows! read more

I won the fairy photo session on facebook. The session (on July 15) was really lovely and Krystal did a great job with the kids. I was absolutely wowed by the studio and staff. Unfortunately, knowing that we won a contest, I assumed that even though some of the prices listed in the email were high that there would be more affordable options available. I was floored by the pricing and the inability to buy digitals without buying the 8x10 package, which was out of my price range. After spending twenty minutes narrowing down the pictures (with my very excited kids asking to buy the $2000 book) I didn't want to disappoint them.  I felt pressured by Genevieve to make a purchase. She kept telling me how she could make it a better deal but in the end I ending up spending $700 for 4 pictures, one of which was "free." Not surprisingly I left feeling embarrassed and slightly duped. The gorgeous pictures of my kids that are growing up all too fast definitely pulled at my heart strings. I tried calling the studio that same day but nobody answered. I emailed and called back the very next morning (July 16.. In my email and over the phone I explained that although I understand that they DO NOT cancel orders I would at least like to change it to a smaller package. I would also be willing to allow them to keep my $175 deposit and simply cut my loses. That amount would surly cover their time. Kathleen assured me that someone would call me back by the end of the day but instead I received an email stating that all sales are final. At this point no time has been put into the finished product but the company still refuses to work with me on the transaction. I was told that Katelynn will be getting in touch with me on shipment/tracking details. To say I'm disappointed in their business practices would be an understatement. read more
