I only ever go here when im in a crunch. because the prices are so much higher than anyone else. I recently bought fill dirt from here for $25 a yard. ($3.50 at Peterson) I know fill dirt isn't the best dirt and I wasn't expecting good dirt. But what I got was nothing short of garbage. there was old fabric, lots of big roots, chunks of sod, and mulch! And not a small amount of it either, at least 50% of what I got was one of these things. Bottom line, save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

I quizzed the front desk about the new policy and the told me I could get 1/3 yard but would have to the price of a 1/2 yard. What a lame policy. I've spent plenty of money at patio town not anymore. Me and my kids walk through the field of trees had a snowball fight and just generally enjoyed being outdoors in the fun environment. We found our tree cut it down tied it on a roof paid the very nice person in the booth who was just a merry Christmas and we're on our merry way home. Very easy experience lots of trees to choose from in a very helpful staff make this a great place to get your Christmas tree.

One month after picking our tree out, it was delivered and planted for us. It was not the same tree. I measured the circumference and the tree barely had a diameter of 3 inches. I think they do not watch if people move tags on trees claimed by customers. I know this was the case on our tree. We called to discuss and the company was telling us it is not possible. If you pick out a tree be sure to take photo so you identify your tree. Nearly $900 dollars and not satisfied. I'd give zero stars if I could.
