I was feeling a bit under the weather and needed a good coffee to soothe me and give me some energy. My Latte w Lavender Syrup was so delicious and well made. The espresso was pulled well, it was creamy, and balanced overall. Luckily, we came on a Saturday and were able to try their Saturday special - Kimbap! We got the Bulgogi Kimbap which was made fresh with an assortment of traditional ingredients from vegetables to egg to carrots to pickled radish and more. It was served with their house-made soy sauce which was lighter and more fragrant, almost like a vinaigrette. It was savory, tangy, and grew on me with each bite. I usually have this with gochujang or a spicy mayo sauce but this was refreshing. All in all, great try! I will absolutely be back.

The quiet atmosphere and accessible restroom with a ramp were thoughtful touches. I tried four different items during my visit. The Beef Empanada was excellent, especially paired with the chimichurri sauce. My favorite pastry was the Alchemist Bomboloni with Hazelnut. It was incredibly soft, flavorful, and not overly sweet. I also enjoyed trying a Maritozzo for the first time. Like the Bomboloni, it had a light texture and just the right amount of sweetness. The Dulce de Leche Latte was recommended by both the staff and online reviews. While I can understand why it's popular, it wasn't quite my favorite as someone who drinks coffee regularly.
