This the second and last time I'll eat here! On my first visit I stopped in for a quick slice of cheese pizza before a meeting. After waiting 10 minutes they served me a slice of burnt pizza. The cheese was hard and brown in spots and the crust was burnt. It was so bad it shouldn't have even been served, I mentioned it to the guy and he insisted he give me a different slice for free. It was ok, not great ( too greasy) and very small slices. They obviously forgot about my order and over cooked it. Second visit: They girl takes my order, two slices of Cheese and a small drink. I sit and wait...5 minutes later she approaches ( I thought I was getting my food). Nope! They only have one slice of cheese so she wanted to know if I would eat pepperoni?? Seriously it took 5 minutes for her to figure that out. I agree and wait...Please keep in mind that I can see her making food and taking orders from my seat (her hands were touching food, phone, money and no washing!!). I see my slices go in the oven, 8 minutes later and NO ONE took them out! I could cook a whole pizza in 8 minutes!! I knew once again someone forgot about my order and I was about to get burnt pizza again. I went to the counter and asked what was going on and she they were coming out now ( as the guy near the oven starts pulling out two burnt to a crisp slices of pizza.I had no more time to waste so I could not wait for new slices. They gave me back my money for the slices but made me pay $1.80 for a small fountain drink. Overall the food isn't great, the service is horrible and its dirty. The eating area, restroom and kitchen all look dirty. I would never return to this place again! read more

Nothing earth-shattering. So far, everything I've had passes the quality test. Good, solid pizza, wings, and stromboli. I wouldn't put them on a 5-star level, but what I like about this place is it delivers, they have takeout beer, diverse menu, and decent prices. Good food, nasty owner. We were a once a week customer of theirs for a good 2 years until the owner flipped out on us over delivery times. We were told 30-45 mins (it was a Wednesday night) for delivery. Two hours later, yes two hours, we had called twice to find out where our order was. The owner jumped on the phone and rudely told us they were busy and the delivery was on its way. My response? If you are busy, just tell me it'll be 2 hours. Then I'd have made the choice to either order and wait without issue or go elsewhere. To have an owner scream at me for questioning delivery was the nail in the coffin. Go to Berwyn Pizza. I liked it! I was visiting from CT for a tournament and picked this place for dinner based on the reviews. We ordered a large hamburger pizza. The staff was courteous and friendly. I love the location too! My only complaint is the large was not large enough. If i come back this way, I will definitely return. read more

If I could rate this establishment with zero stars, I would. Our family was displaced to PA due to Hurricane Sandy and were staying at a local hotel. This was our first "real" dinner after having no power. We placed our order and were told it would be a 45 minute delivery. No problem there. The location is exactly 2.3 miles from our hotel. The food took an hour and a half to come and was cold. Worse than that, when we called for updates, we were told the roads were icy. The delivery driver indicated the roads were wet but not at all icy. Another time we were told they were 5 minutes away. They were not. Another time they told us they would call us back and give us a definite delivery time. They never called us back. We spoke w/the owner after the food finally arrived and he said he would be willing to work out a partial credit for us due to the wait but that he was very busy that evening and we could call him back the next day. We called every day for the following 3 days and not only did he not take our call, but he never called us back. I don't care how good the food is at any restaurant, no business should treat customers this way. read more

Only come here for take out pizza and mozzarella sticks. I like the pizza but they must have a new college kid crew since when I first started coming here. Now the crust seems just a tad overdone. Don't get the tossed salad unless all you expect is lettuce, black olives, 2 pieces of tomato and no choice of dressing. Hard to mess up a tossed salad but they did. Drenched it in oil and vinegar, which I don't even like, I spent $6.30 to throw the salad in the trash. read more

Delivery order was completely wrong. we have been living in Malvern for 3 years and have ordered pick up here several times. In more than one occasion one thing was missing or wasn't right, but we let it slip and kept coming back; it is the neighborhood pizzeria that we liked to support, plus we can walk there. Today for the first time I ordered delivery while babysitting in Paoli and have asked for a VEGETARIAN (peppers, olives, onions, mushrooms) Stromboli (cheese and sauce) without pizza the cheese, I got a vegetable one without cheese OR sauce. The vegetable (cauliflower, carrot, green bean, broccoli) one without sauce was so dry and just tasteless, have been waiting for 45 minutes I ate the one half and try to get over it, but I was pretty upset. We ordered a pizza, buffalo chicken cheese steaks, Mozz, Fries, and a cheeseburger. The pizza is one of my favorites of the area. Something about their cheese and sauce they use make the pizza just excellent. The Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steaks are the best in the area. They have a mixture of chicken, hot sauce, a little ranch, and cheese to make our favorite Buffalo steak in the area. The cheeseburger was ok but was large in size. I believe the Mozz. Fries were just great. The arrived hot and fresh. Malvern Pizza Strive to make a good product and they delivered promptly. They are charge $2 for delivery. read more

The pizza here is very good. The crust is thick and crisp and has a great flavor. It is so much better than the other pizza in the area. Also, the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Malvern Pizza. They have a great take out beer selection as well. read more

The pizza isn't my style, but they have great calzones and strombolis. Wings are pretty good too. Best part is they deliver.

This place has the best tasting pizza and Italian Stromboli's in the area. I always stop in for a pizza when I am in the area at lunch time and we will on occasion drive 20 minutes each way to do a pick up for dinner. read more
