You would think this restaurant would try to do better for their customers, especially since they have gotten complaints. I used to order once a week from this restaurant until they charged me for a crab crab when really it was all imitation meat with stuffing. It has been several months since I ordered from them and I decided to give them another shot. I ordered two chicken parmigiana dinners. I received very little pasta and one piece of chicken in each order. This amount is about one third of what I had received previously and I used to order this dish a lot. I will not be ordering from them again! I have complained to management before and it just looks like they just do not care. I would not waste your money on this company. I ordered a pizza from this establishment. The worker took my order over the phone instead of me using the Slice App to make sure that the cook used cauliflower crust. When the pizza was delivered the delivery driver (a worker at the establishment, possibly the person who took my order) came to my residence but didn't call me. He left. I called the restaurant. They sent him back. Not sure if that 20 minutes made a difference but the pizza was messy. I had to move the toppings around. Possibly they were shifted during the delivery. The onions were thrown on in an extremely messy way. Still in big rings. The mushrooms were just thrown on their. I decided to taste and it definitely taste subpar. Their prices are beyond reasonable, the staff is friendly, and every single time we get pizza anywhere else in West Chester or Exton, it is never as good. The quality of food is very good. Pizza, pasta, and sandwiches are all good. My complaint is that I didn't get everything with my order. No salad or garlic bread with my pasta dish, though menu says they are included. I realize it is a busy night, but someone should check to confirm the to-go order is complete. Do not order from here. We ordered something from a third party and the order was incorrect when it was delivered. We were instructed to call the store. When we called the store, the owner told me that we could not get the rest of the order without proof of payment. He was yelling at us over the phone. I went to the store to provide proof that we paid for all the components to our order. Upon arrival to the store, it was explained to me how the third party delivery service worked. The owner did make the rest of our order. Not good. I placed an order for delivery asked for a can of pepsi and they didn't bring it. I called them to let them know I didn't get my drink, they said they would bring it and never did. Thought I would give this place a try since they put out a bunch of signs along the road and I heard that it was good. Got take out sandwiches, one a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and the other one of their speciality sandwiches with ham, fresh mozzarella and roasted eggplant. Went to pick it up and the girl asked what I had, told her, she went looking and said "do you mean 3 sandwiches"?? I should have known The buffalo chicken cheesesteak was awful. They didn't cook the meat in the sauce, and the sauce was just dumped on the sandwich. So the bread was soaked in buffalo sauce and the meat was very dry The other sandwich...had tons of breaded fried eggplant slabs, not roasted and it was chunks of mozzarella but not fresh mozzarella. So it was really dry. The pasta salad was HORRID. I think it had coleslaw dressing on it or something...I couldn't eat it. They had premade pizza there that you could buy by the slice...that looked decent but I dont think I will ever go back. read more

Pizza was excellent. We ordered a pepperoni that has good amounts of tangy cheese! That was our appetizer. For dinner I had the Alfredo pasta with grilled chicken. Lots of tasty chicken and a good buttery Alfredo sauce with garlic. 2nd person had the chicken parm sandwich. He said it was just "okay". 3rd person had the Meatball Parmesan Pasta, eight meatballs nestled in with pasta and covered with Mozzarella cheese. Very good! Definitely would return! read more

This is the first time I'm doing something like this and am very disappointed that it got to this. We order often from Sabatino's on boot road in West Chester and have had several issues with incorrect orders in the past but have stuck with them because we like to support our fellow local businesses. Unfortunately today's incident is the straw that broke the camels back. We made a simple order this evening. All three items in our order were completely wrong. We called to speak to the owner and to receive a refund. The refund was refused. I was accused of playing a prank on the owner because she assumed I was a kid. Really? Anyhow, the order is now on our front porch waiting for their delivery guy to come and pick it up because that's the only way we would receive a refund on our credit card. For $30 they lost a good customer who tips well. Worst customer service possible. We are very disappointed and will never order from this operation again.
